Everyone should train or at least has healthy strong glutes, they are so important for legs and back health specially for when you are older so you can move by yourself. They support your posture so you dont have related pain and look sexy/healthy while standing and also enhances your force transmission from lower to upper body and stability through all movements. Its a must if you want to live moving as a human.
Just today I went back to squatting and my glutes feel weak , Currently doing research how to make my glutes strong so I don't have to hinge too much

What kind of progress would I see and how fast?
@@hotwheelsracer6380esa es la velocidad correcta y para principiantes las repeticiones son al principio 8 veces y todos los ejercicios componen una serie, en cuanto lo domines aumentas a 15 repeticiones 3 series y con la misma velocidad ya que tendrás mejores resultados.
Y una disculpa por no escribir en inglés pero así lo expreso mejor.
God BLESS this man, I seriously couldn't even bend down without feeling like electricity was shooting down my spine. I really thought I was going to end up needing surgery or at the very least medication. Now an hour of doing these reps and 90% of the pain is gone.

Oh, very cool! A lot of the exercises, people show them being very advanced with resistance bands, or whatever. But I’m sure this is a great place to start and you will feel it regardless.

Same me too! 99 percent of workout on UA-cam include squats which I know is effective, but it's hard to activate glutes when your back and knees are in pain.

Thank you so much! I have the symptoms you mentioned. Poor back and hip tightness. I don’t know how to loosen them up naturally. Not even sure which repetitive motion limits my mobility to bend.
My range of motion for those back leg kicks/swings is so small I don’t think I am doing it right or feeling the muscle activation correctly :/

@@robs9439 this is exercise akin to rehabilitation. Everyone has to walk before they run, don't expect to just do this and fly.
My gluteus Maximus is actually a pair of gluteus Minimus.
It started like this:
A video was recommended on my homepage abt which muscles girls find more attractive on men.
Now, most of then responded saying Glutes.
I didn't even knew wht tf is that?

Weak glutes: low back pain, tight and weak hip flexors, knee and ankle pain, poor posture, needing to lean to the side, inward buckling legs while squating.
Standing kickbacks, straight legs and bent
Side leg raises, standing and laying down
Step ups and step downs, slow with glutes engaged

What is that if I may ask
I'm trying to balance the strength in my glutes to balance stuff out with my quads. I have read about an imbalance can cause the knee to not be stable and that is what generally causes a person's knee to get worn out.
Please add sets and reps or some guidance on how to determine when enough is enough.

I saw someone on a comment section of other video who had got any treatment done for lower back pain and only got result from strengthening her glutes
Probably, Glutes are the top 1 muscle for healthy movement, it enhances all upper movements execution and support your posture while standing and of course better your walking and running, its just big and always working. So underrated.
Can you do video of mummy kicks ? Not many people use it I am go back doing this too replace jump jacks because back problems I think perfect substitute 😅

I have a glute imbalance but whenever I do single leg exercises my left leg aka the one that doesn’t have an issue is getting the burn not the one I’m using but when switched it’s still just the left leg. :/ help

Its not easy to build glutes with these exercises you need to do hip thrust and squats to build it these are for people who lack healthy glutes it will stretch and strenghten their glutes
