my devices not flash recovery partition cause said that partition not exist I solve this, guys I have the 7 pro, all you need to do it's download the correct ROM and just flash the boot.img that you dumped, then flash it with "flash boot boot.img" and restart as recovery and go to update with adb. And flash the exact ROM of the boot.img was that's all
So everthing works for me but after the zip sideload / factory reset when i try to reboot it get stuck in fastboot mode . when rebooting it keep stuck in fastboot
stuck in fastbood won't go to recovery mode after flashing recovery.img..... any help please? EDIT: followed your MSM video to unbrick the phone. Thanks. Don't try to dump YAAP from OOS 12 or.. troubles and time wast. AND THIS HOWTO IS NOT WORKING FOR YAAP 14 - FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS OF DEVS (available on XDA) - What is missing from this video is flashing the correct FW11 I guess
Fastboot flash "boot" and so on is to indicate what partition you want to flash to so for example fastboot flash system system.img would flash the system files to the system partition and fastboot flash recovery recovery.img would flash to the recovery partition, so if for what ever reason you want fastboot flash the entire ROM always do fastboot flash followed by the partition you wanna flash and then the file, also it's very important to flash the correct file to it's corresponding partition as flashing the wrong files will brick your device but it's not a hard brick and MSM tool is there if you really screw up. Hopes this helps you.
Appreciate the extra info Did learn this along the way, definitely not used to flashing the individuals as you saw - but a different experience - cheers!

It's something that I'll put on my list - but it wouldn't be until I change mobile providers as my current one doesn't even support VoLTE 😭 (It's what I get for going with a budget option I guess)
