If you feel like not voting for Trump just because you dislike him then I want you to vote for his team. Vance, Gabbard, Musk, RFK jr, Vivek are the real team that will make this country great again.
I had a friend who served in Afghanistan with the Australian army. The unit he was in was fed by a US military unit. In the six months he was there they never had fresh vegies. All the vegies they were served were deep fried never steamed or boiled. It might seem like a small thing but it does affect your health. He had to get his wife to send sealed packets of vegies that he would boil up.
I know how to boost recruiting…..don’t be sending our people on fool’s errands here and there all over the world, just facilitate the greed of the wealthy few. That’s how!
The only way to meet recruiting goals is to hire Retirees & Veterans to recruit with the Active Duty force. This way they can speak of the benefits of being on Active Duty, a veteran who decided to leave service before retirement, and someone who has retired. This way the potential recruit will have three different views and can see the benefits of each stage of a military career.
I'm a veteran, I have school age children, elementary through high school. I'm very active in the school and any chance I get I tell the students at that school under no circumstance join the military, all the things that made me despise the military, all to turn as many of those children away from wanting to join the military. I'm not the only one either. I'll be damned if I let my kids or their classmates join the military just to help some rich politician get richer.
@mithril1584 I respect your opinion. Not everyones service is the same. I had "mostly" good experiences, and now that I am retired and receiving benefits from my service, I HIGHLY recommend some kind of military service. First, being stationed overseas & on deployments made me appreciate being American so much more. Second, an honorable discharge, no matter how long you served, will get you health care benefits through the VA. Third, it gave me a higher tolerance with working with people who have poor work ethics. We have no choice on who we work with, so we deal with it better. Fourth, I learned a skill that I was able to translate into civilian employment. Fifth, I was able to attend college and earn enough credits for an Associates degree with ZERO debt through the Post 9-11 G.I. Bill. Lastly, with retirement, VA Benefits, and a steady job, I make equivolent of a dual income middle class family with disposable income whenever I need it. Throw in my wife's job, an RN, and we are living through Bidenomics with no worries at a ripe old age of 46. Like I said earlier, everyones experience in the military is different. I just had a better experience than yours and now reaping the benefits of that service. If anyone asks me what they should do, I would advocate some form of military service, whether it be Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, or Coast Guard.
@@mithril1584 Everyone's experience is different when it comes to military service. Seems like you had a bad one compared to mine. There are many benefits to military service. First, It is a VOLUNTEER service. Out of 335 MILLION people in the U.S. only 7% of the U.S. population serves. Of that 7%, 18.5 million are veterans, people who served but does not pull a pension. The remainder of that 7%, 2.25 million has made it a career. So, many who had served are in your position, veterans who left service because it was not for them. Second, you should never close of an option in life for our young people. You tell them your experience and why you left, let them make the decision. They are 18 and adults and they will make their own decision. It's all part of the life experience. Third, if the "rich politician" is your reason for leaving we all have an option every two years to vote them out. It's call the General & midterm elections. I'll let you in on a secret, from my experience the most vocal people are the ones who tend not to vote. Fourth, now let's talk about the benefits of military service. 1. Learn teamwork and critical thinking skills. As you know we have no choice in some of our assignments & people we have to work with. This makes those who serve able to tolerate a higher degree of "incompetence", thicker skin is the term....lol. Most veterans have a higher capacity for troubleshooting and common sense to resolving issues compared to our counterparts who never served. 2. VA Benefits & VA Healthcare, both are available for Veterans who are discharge under HONORABLE & sometimes Other Than Honorable conditions. 3. Education, from military training, Post 9-11 G.I. Bill and while on Active Duty Tuition Assistance. All are free with the exception of the G.I. Bill which requires a $1.2k commitment. If you attend school, full time, with the G.I. Bill after you get out you will receive a stipend of E-5 BAH for your location. Another benefit of the G.I. Bill is that you can transfer it to your children if you decide not to use it. 4. Military retirement, receive a pension after 20-years of service + VA Disability benefits is a decent paycheck every month. Tax free shopping at Military Exchanges, Access to U.S. military bases around the world for commissary, Exchange, MWR, Legal and free Space Available flights from the Military Airlift Command. Lastly, there is so many benefits to military service that I am forgetting. Please don't TELL our young people "under no circumstances join the military" these are important decisions & life lessons they will learn as young adults. As long as they are free to make their mistakes & learn from it they will be a better person in society. Not everyone makes the correct decision, it's owning up to bad decisions and taking those experiences to further their growth.
It’s disappointing that Tulsi didn’t have the courage to admit low recruitment is a good thing! Wasting tax payer money and sending young men off to die in senseless war is not something that should be encouraged! We need to defund the Pentagon, close bases, and provide for the veterans whose lives have been ruined!

They sign up because they want some security, too. There is a unanimous sense that the military offers some power, though as a result of the returns from the Iraq War service personnel will want more input over "engaging in combat" in another war. Human nature tends to want something for their output and there is also a risk of military control, when other jobs and those distribution of powers disintegrate.

That’s a lie. There is no military crisis. There are plenty of prior service members knocking on recruiters doors and they are being turned away. 2nd) bring back military bearing and customs and courtesies and that may make it attractive to people that just want to serve.
Green energy is not a enemy of America. Green energy of hemp oil with Green energy engines will help create manufacturing jobs and make small businesses a major investment in America

Oh yea and because of "hand tattoos"😐 Lack of critical thinking skills and adaptability to modernization in congress and upper command is why recruitment is down. 📉
Good gosh Tulsi and JD look good on that stage together! Love these two and have no doubts they’ll contribute a lot to the MAGA admin.
Tulsi should have been the VP pick.
