Why are all new houses so big and ugly like that? as a Designer, it absolutely bugs me how new (always overlarge) houses lack the attractiveness & style of the vernacular designs they’re meant to emulate by overblowing size at the expense of quality materials & craftsmanship. I know that’s not the whole point of this video. They just drive me nuts.
It will be the standard issue, as cost of labour and materials skyrocket, compromises need to be made, fine details are the first thing to be cut and the building style becomes far more cookie cutter because variety in building styles crushes efficiency. I'm sure America is the same as Australia and with our recent incredible inflation period, building companies have been dropping like flies, so increased efficiencies and cost cutting is the only way to keep operating, maybe....
It must be like that in a lot of places. I live in Germany, where spaces are (on average) much more tightly packed, and new houses here are usually ugly AND small. 🤣
How would anyone know the difference between the different types of guns? He sent her for a Glock and she knew what to get? I live in Canada and have never seen more than one type and that was a shotgun owned by a farmer.

Bizarre behavior begets even more bizarre actions. Sad for the two victims who were probably unaware of what was going on w/o their knowledge of any of it.
Why did it take them so long to arrest the husband? As per who created the fake account, all they need to do is to check the time when the entries were made. I can bet those were times when Christine was at work at the hospital
It appears some people think this is a wise decision on your part, but for me, it would cause some serious unease in our relationship if my husband outright dismissed my desire to hire a 21 year old nanny (regardless of ethnicity). I assume you have your reasoning, but my immediate reaction would be to think that my husband didn't trust himself around a woman in her young 20s. Or that even if my husband knew he would never make a move on her, he's still doubtful of his ability to remain faithful should a pretty young woman attempt to seduce him. I think that by sending her this video, you would be nearly admitting to the latter (since it sounds like Dr. Grande and many others in the comments seem to think that Juliana probably initiated this affair, as a way of securing her future in the US with a husband who is well-off financially). Worst of all, she could take this video as your way of saying that some men, yourself included, shouldn't hire a young, beautiful au pair because not only do you lack the conviction to remain loyal, but you could also be coaxed into coming up with a convoluted murder plot with said au pair in order to get rid of your wife 😅 I just thought you may appreciate the perspective of a woman who is (perhaps) close to you and your wife in age (I'm 36) I'm curious, if you see this and don't mind answering, would you be OK with her hiring a 21 year old male au pair?

And as if IRS agents don't already have a bad enough reputation...this guy just comes in and proves to everyone that they're even worse than you thought lol.

They used him like a pawn, lured him into a trap he had no reason to suspect. One of the saddest things about this case is the amount of comments I see blaming Christine (the wife), saying she shouldn’t have used a nanny, women belong at home instead of having a career, etc. As if her husband couldn’t have asked for a divorce and avoided two lives being taken and a little girl’s life ruined forever. 🙄
I do not think anyone is blaming the wife at all as she is totally innocent in this. However, women should know that it is never a good move to bring a young, attractive or even not so attractive woman to live full time in your house with your husband. Why is life held so cheaply by some people? Not only the victims, but the poor little girl who is without a mother.
I liked the house. Can’t say about the quality of the materials. One of the reasons I would visit the U.S. is because of the varied architecture.
It must be like that in a lot of places. I live in Germany, where spaces are (on average) much more tightly packed, and new houses here are usually ugly AND small. 🤣
Because architects don’t have a trade union …
@@honeybadger4245 I think it is the same in most countries these days whether the house is big or small. I kinda like that house though.
If you just shot a guy in the head why would you tell your babysitter to go get a gun out of a safe or whatever when you still have a full clip????
Doesn't sound like they were criminal masterminds
*Magazine. A clip is different.
@@blaisebaileyfinnegan8202 whatever ya call it. I’m sure he had More than 1 round
How would anyone know the difference between the different types of guns? He sent her for a Glock and she knew what to get? I live in Canada and have never seen more than one type and that was a shotgun owned by a farmer.
Right. Her sole priority should’ve been getting the baby to safety. The dad was armed and had it under control, very odd.
I know this is the most accurate, concise and thoughtful analysis on this case online.
This is my favorite shirt you have.
She wanted to live in a mansion, now she's in the Big House. Gotta love the irony. It also shows you to be careful what you wish for.
As an IRS investigator Brandon should have been well aware of the ability of the police to solve crimes! This ham-handed murder plot was ridiculous! To involve a young foreigner, who nevertheless should have behaved with much more morality, was horrible and totally selfish!
you must not be familiar with Brazil and 3rd world/developing nations. Money, not morality is king.
@@76UVBhe worked for the IRS so it’s safe to say that he was not one of the best and the brightest.
His Mid-Life Crisis went completely off the rails!
@@ItsAllFakeAndGhey money is king everywhere. Look at US politicians that are worshiped only for having money.
Bizarre behavior begets even more bizarre actions. Sad for the two victims who were probably unaware of what was going on w/o their knowledge of any of it.
Love that shirt, sir. Have a nice day, and thanks for your time and hard work on these segments.
Always interesting
Digging the new background
Crazy about your shirt
Thank you❤
Why did it take them so long to arrest the husband? As per who created the fake account, all they need to do is to check the time when the entries were made. I can bet those were times when Christine was at work at the hospital
Boy, you are rockin' this shirt! Love it!
happy friday Dr Grande 🍸love the shirt!
There's no doubt that Brendan was a model IRS employee........
I hope to never become a subject of analyzation and speculation of Dr. Grande on this UA-cam channel. 😂
And the moral of this story fellas is keep it in your pants!
Great analysis of what possibly happened.
Dr. Grande, that shirt looks pretty good on you 👌🏾.
My wife wanted to hire a 21-year old Spanish nanny. I said no way. She couldn't understand why. I might send her this video.
😂
For once a smart married man… lol 😂
Worst of all, she could take this video as your way of saying that some men, yourself included, shouldn't hire a young, beautiful au pair because not only do you lack the conviction to remain loyal, but you could also be coaxed into coming up with a convoluted murder plot with said au pair in order to get rid of your wife 😅 I just thought you may appreciate the perspective of a woman who is (perhaps) close to you and your wife in age (I'm 36)
I'm curious, if you see this and don't mind answering, would you be OK with her hiring a 21 year old male au pair?
@@hmmmmm64 remember Arnold.
maybe she wants to divorce hahaha, just kidding 🤭
Yay Dr. G with another one! Dr G is the GOAt 🐐
LOL I kept wondering why all the family photos with the baby were being taken behind an open laptop. Then I realized it's a blackout square to block the baby's identity. Guess I need more coffee!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂💀
Corrupt federal agent, shock
Why can't people play nice and respect marriage vows? I guess that's just no fun, right?
I will never understand cheating/affairs. Just leave!
money
There is massive financial losses and custody issues involved with divorce, a lot of false allegations. I understand why people try to avoid it, don't condone the actions, but I get their motivations.
NEVER NEVER NEVER invite a younger attractive female into your marital home. Really REALLY high percentage of affair happening. wives/mothers are completely deluded if they think its unlikely. It is HIGHLY likely.
It's even better to avoid moids in general
Love the shirt!
an IRS agent needs to drive uber to make ends meet? That's incredible
I know a lot of Brazilians and this sounds 100% like what a Brazilian woman would do😂😂😂 beware!
Yes, they’re magnificent
As a Brazilian woman I completely disagree.
@BlackRock.Owns.America that's incorrect, ma'am/sir
So. Let's see. I'm Italian German descendent. I'm American/Italian/Brazilian citizen. I'd never get involved with a married man.
@@carsonc6659 you have 1/3 the chance then😂😂
Came for the jokes, stayed for the shirt.
Thank you, Dr. Grande!
I believe this convoluted plan is even more bizarre than Fotis Dulos & his mistress Michelle
I love your shirts Dr Drande
Another lovely shirt Dr!!
My God! So many problems here which contributed to this: buying a 800k mansion on an IRS agent salary...Importing a young nanny from a developing country (ostensibly to save money due to high mortgage payments)...hiring a young girl as your nanny in the first frickin place...talk about setting yourself up for problems!!!
And as if IRS agents don't already have a bad enough reputation...this guy just comes in and proves to everyone that they're even worse than you thought lol.
"She got her dream, now in the Big House".... savage lol
Thank you❤❤❤Some very weird, evil, empty people out there😢😢😢
Crikey, when I heard the introduction I thought actress Julianna Margulies, best known for her role as Carol Hathaway in the NBC medical drama series ER, had murdered someone!😬
How did these two monsters think that no one would catch on to this? Investigators deal with these type of cases before and one suspicious thing will start them investigating.
This reminds me of the case of Mark can’t remember the last name. He set up the taxi man to come to his wife. All 3 are pure evil.
The random dude paid for his fetish with his life. The lengths these two went to try to cover up their crimes is insane. They thought they were so clever and didn’t give to ffs about the other dude being collateral damage. They totally datelined the dude.
Nice shirt, doc!
Hi Dr Grande... what a weird story. Love your shirt! Thanks
A Brazilian au pair... what could go wrong?
That’s not at all an over sexualized culture! 😂
I thought the same thing.
She could have gotten a botched bbl 😂
That Brazilian booty could prove too much for that family
A white husband. What could go wrong?... That's how your logics work
Too speculative, needs more diagnoses.
Nice shirt Dr.!
I'm not diagnosing anyone in this comment, but Brendan Banfield suffers from what we psychology professionals would classify as
"Acute Shady as Fu@% Syndrome". The symptoms for this condition can include "Dizzy Spells" and "Plowing the Brazilian Au Pair"
🤣😂
Wow! This case is really twisted!
Living in the BIG house. LOL
Just here for the shirts
I’ve seen one of these Au Pair affairs happen to someone I know, and they were the only person I knew that had an Au Pair 😂
It happens often. If you value your marriage, never get an au pair.
Their stories don’t make any sense. They should have called 911 the second they saw a strange man enter the house and they should have just stayed in the car until the police got there.
I think the wife is more attractive than the Nanny , does anyone else agree?
No one cares what you think
@@BraMoore yeah and I don’t care what you think either.
🙋🏻♀️
I think you’re more attractive 😮
@@Abigurlrox thank you
Selfish to resort to this over divorce because of your own selfish affair. That is so foul.
I feel so, so, so sad for Joseph. Such pure evil. The fact that he was a human being with a whole life meant nothing to those vile creatures. They used him like a pawn, lured him into a trap he had no reason to suspect. Makes me physically ill to think how excited he must have been, how he must have had connection with a profile he had no clue was a bait…
"Keep it simple with food and murder." That's what my mom always said.
Most men are just not loyal and some of them like this one here are total psychopaths.
