Galaxy watch 4 is still fairly good for at least 1-2 years. If you want to upgrade then watch 6 classic or watch 7 is a good upgrade. I went with the classic recently even though I hav3 kept the watch 4

The ultra will also have a physical rotating bezel.. but the standard watch 7 will not
