After changing the sensor will the check engine light go off .or do I need to take it to the dealer so the can take it off

Is not gonna go off it self you can disconnect the battery cable for a min and put it back on if you don't have a scanner and that will reset the code

This sensor send the data to the cluster temperature? My cluster don't change. I know that this pickup hace 2 temperature sensors.

How did you pinpoint the sensor being the problem?
