@@634983 Agreed, but he was physically capable of going all the way. After all he reached two slam finals, so he did put in the work. I believe the Wimbledon loss to Sampras was sheer bad luck though

At the beginning Paradorn was hitting better but mentally got beaten in the end especially one of his shot was called out at final set 3-4 he continues saying no no no afterwards lost of concentration without the Australian support playing against the home boy.
These tennis outfit styles are better than today. I mean if you're playing hours of tennis you want loose fitting clothing. Today it's more about form over function.
Hi J. A Lot of the finer nuances of tennis have been lost over the years and I think it's a shame. Though the game has evolved in many respects, not the least of which are athleticism, endurance and skills, still In an era now long in the past, a certain eloquence of this sport has also been lost. @@634983 He has beaten Sampras twice in slams (AO, french). Also won set1 at Wimbledon before retiring due to a freak injury sadly.
