He has shown nothing but class from day 1 and the haters will only continue to hate....all beacuse he broke up the Fedal party and handed them both their hats - it's that simple! I have always loved Novak. Have followed him since 2008 and I knew he would be great. The way he speaks to God and thanks Him after each match and then turns to send God's love to all the spectators makes the haters appear more than terrible. I'm not here to judge, but I always thought Novak was so much more genuine than one who tries to be graceful while he plays tossing his pretty hair to the wind, or one who runs around like a bull and tries to huff every ball in regardless of how to play. I appreciate those who have respected him, such as Zverev, Medvedev, Juan Martin Del Potro, Rublev, Murray, and others. He is also a wonderful father and an excellent husband. He has reached the highest mountain peak and I congratulate him for being the goat and the best human being of modern times.

You are definitely judging lol. I'm about to do the same. You are literally criiticizing Nadal's hustle. He doesn't have the greatest backhand, but he plays to his strengths, court coverate, shot choice and touch, and a whipping forehand. Fed doesn't try to be graceful, that's just a byproduct of thousands of hours perfecting his form to get the shot consistency he was known for. Yes Fed didn't really respect Novak and shaded him a few times. Nadal always did as he is one of the most classy players to have played the sport. Fed did come around eventually. Novak is an incredible player with many weapons in his arsenal. He was definitely chosen to be the antagonist of the big 3 sensationalized by the media. He has definitely overcome some ridiculous treatment by many crowds in pivotal matches, and his mental toughness is unbelievable. I love watching him win. I confess its easier now that he isn''t beating Nadal, my fav. I think we can appreciate the big 3 together as a gift to a special era of tennis we may not see again for some time.

      I agree! Incredible documentary
      I would add few things:
Novak beating Rafa in 7 straight finals in 2011 or not losing 1 singe gs match against Federer for 10 years (2012-2022)
Djokovic winning 16950 ATP points in 2016
And explain that in 2022 Djokovic visa was canceled. Then he won against Australian government in court. Judge gave him visa back! Then minister of immigration overturned judge decision and cancelled his visa for 2nd time. That makes big difference and that’s why I find Nadal interview as a disgrace. I respected Nadal a lot but because of that interview he lost my respect. Djokovic donated millions to covid hospitals and bought 7 breathing machines. He even donated 100 000 euros to Rafael Nadal foundation to help Spanish hospitals few months prior Australian saga.
Maybe few minutes about his first coach Jelena Gencic and tennis giant Nikola Pilic would also make sense as they influenced Novak greatly and built his wonderful and successful personality
But all in all really absolutely GREAT documentation

You were born perfect, weren’t you? Yes, Fed was arrogant and acted as such. He wasn’t used to losing from match points. Had to get used to that playing finals against Novak. Had no other option, sadly for him. He may not like Novak like he does Rafa but I haven’t noticed any disrespect or unwillingness to acknowledge that Djoker is the greatest, especially since Fed’s retirement. It’s not the mistakes you make, it’s how you recover and improve. And I’d go as far as to say that Roger has recovered and improved.

    What a story?
Sadly he isnt from a marketable western country or western aligned country. What a story would we have heard in our lifeetime of a true champion inside and out, if only he were born in western world? Western world and its bias denied one of the greatest stories we could have ever heard in the history of recorded sports. Sad but happy i have witnessed the story of a warrior, rising like a phoenix again and again from the ashes of the haters and the biased world.
I am happy and i am smiling out loud that justice is served. Thanks Novak and your parents, to jelena jencic, pilic, to marian, his entire team, his wife and everyone who enabled this incredible human to write one of the greatest stories we will ever hear.

What Roger is saying at 06:40 , if I understand correctly, he claims that Novak's shot at the end of the match was a lucky shot that does not deserve respect. And what he says _"thats kind of way they grew up playing"_ 😠

I used to love Federer, because of his style of play. I copied some of his movements in the way I play tennis. But I also dislike him for how arrogant he is, very disrespectful on many occasions, sore loser and always choking with a soft mentality. I’m never going to forget that press conference, he showed his real character, couldn’t contain his emotions and his political correctness dissipate. That made me look at him in a different way and change my mind forever. He never lost with grace, handshakes always salty, but that statement was horrendous and opened my eyes. On the other hand, Djokovic always humble and respectful in defeat, that’s real class, not a fake Rolex act.

It’s like you picked out significant parts of his life that has brought immense joy and immense hurt (through unfairness he faced) to every Nolefam’s heart and spoke of it in exactly the correct way we felt about those at those moments. It’s so emotional. So beautiful and bittersweet. I fast forwarded certain parts like AO22 which I refuse to ever watch again since it hurts so much to be reminded of it. He is the real life superhero movie I’ve been watching since 2008 since I became his fan. I wonder how many titles Federer and Nadal would have if they played the finals of the GS in such hostile crowds and journalists. A lot of people were mad that Novak crashed the Federer/Nadal party plus his game was characterized as more defensive than offensive which might seem to be less exciting to some. I was impressed how he could hold his own against the best as well as the fans who didn't always support him. As time went on I really grew to admire him much more than Fed and Nadal. During this late stage of his career he's blazing trails in tennis no one could have imagined years ago. He's the greatest for so many reasons and I like that he's never been a fan favorite. I think that has been fuel to put him over the top and much more.

@@lukadordevic1718 if there is even 0.0001 % chance of dopping, establishment would shred him to pieces... They would catch him eventualy. This would be ideal for them, but i suppose there is nothing 😂

love Djokovic! for many reasons - mostly because of being a great human being! showing his true nature all the time - no compromising! showing his love and emotions, wether they are appreciated or not. Idemooooo

Love to see Federer talk about the “lucky shot” that actually defined Novak’s greatness till today. Now for sure Roger doesn’t think any more that that was a lucky shot and he gives credit to the goat

This is by far the best documentary about Djokovic that I have ever seen in my life. As someone from Serbia, I am so grateful to you because you did an extraordinary job and you represented things as they are. Because of the reasons you mentioned in this documentary, Novak Djokovic is truly the best of the best, GOAT. ❤
