40 mins into the video and you haven’t yet actually got to your first point in the initial slide, LOL .. that said, I’m enjoying it a lot, and man, it’s so good to know I’m not the only “yeah but my business is different” excuser out there. I hear myself say something like that ALL THE TIME. But I’m getting better. And some content like this is helpful. Thanks.
Thanks for persevering Carl. You're definitely not alone in saying that your business is different too, it's a major reason a lot of business owners resist creating systems. Great to see you are getting value out of the content too.
I enjoyed this video, good job. I am surrounded by small business owners… more so owner operators… I see them doing a task that can be so simply turned into a process and passed on to other people. It drives me wild. Example. I worked for this produce company and the owners come to work and look at their paper list of pull sheets for each route… then they start pulling stuff out of coolers with staff to put on pallets.. all while this is going on they are managing 14 other simple tasks like this.. guiding each team member and handing out task.. then the other business owner is fixing trucks… loading trucks.. doing brakes on the trucks. I can go on and on about this company. I’m actually grateful to see your content and see their struggles. Then learning what to do and not do.
I am a small business owner and I definitely need a system to upscale my business and for me to focus on important things . I need help but don’t know to whom to go , any suggestions?

Thank you, George!
Systems play a big role in scaling businesses for long term success. I’ve helped plenty of businesses achieve this.
I couldn’t have said it better myself Patrick! That’s exactly how systems work.🙂

Some great ideas here, and I say that as a fellow systems mentor!

Superb
Thank you.
This is 1 hour of building rapport with your audience, storytelling and a sales pitch for your course. Not really much value given.
Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it. Hopefully you find value in the more recent content on this channel.
