@@systemHUB- Main thing is when you mention for everyone to keep in mind that the first go round is just documenting what's already going on, not trying to do any more than that. I think for many, the notion of systemizing the business is intimidating because they're expecting much more and it feels overwhelming, so this is good to keep in mind for lower stress and reducing fear of taking action
