      Dan Lok My Money Sifu
I enjoy all your videos, however, this is by far the best fucking one yet. I have seen these problems many times in companies and have made suggestions to owners and egotistical Napoleonic bosses who never got what I said. Usually after 3 years at a job having learned all I could, I saw it as dead end and left and completely changing my career. This gives me an idea for me how I can use my experiences to stsrt a consulting business to be a professional consultant to improve systems.
      Thanks for this video.
Firstly HTC skill set then this idea Sifu.

I enjoy all your videos, what you say, how you talk and represent your self. It's clear and true. All decision makers, small or big companies should listen to you. Especially what you are saying about Sales. A Seals person should be the most happy man/women in the company because he/she is the face to the world. But reality is the opposite. There is lot of work to do.

THE BEST thoughts: you said "what you expect, is how people will act" like the mom telling the kid he would scream and pound! John maxwell calls it "put a 10 on someone's head" 2) YOUR EMPLOYEES SPACE! DO NOT RESCUE THEM OR YOU WILL HAVE TO ALWAYS DO IT! (why pay people to do something and still not be free??) I LEARND A LOT from this! TY SIFU!

This is really good advice that not only sales managers need but leaders in general. Too many of them don't take the time to groom their people because they expect them to perform at their level. If that were the case everyone in the organization would be a boss. You should be training your people to replace you, not bring you coffee.

seeing the difference between hard systems and soft systems is so interesting doing design for 3 years I never saw it as a system, I like also knowing that theres value in it still but thats not just it, you also got to have soft systems as well, which are more personal and one to one. this is an eye opening video

This video helped me overall connect dots on how to interface with employees. That was not the top lesson for me though.
This was my first Dan Lok video, and it taught me what I was missing on closing a good video for social media. It was a fast closing, it made me feel wanted, and it provided the EXACT instructions I needed to keep up with future videos. Even if I wake up tomorrow and say, 'Screw Dan Lok!' I'll still have notifications when videos update, making me more likely to come back and tell a friend. More exposure=better publicity.
    Thanks Dan!

Sales scripts are just so underrated in many sales environments, especially retail environments! How can we set up our teams for success in the faces of sales? How can we set up systems for crunching data that managers critically need to make efficient decisions? Really deep questions to take home from this video, Thanks Dan!

    This is what I learned:
People have to fit the job description not the other way around- always find what fits your business.
    Develops systems within your company
What are the best practices, break them down and set steps. People come and go it’s important to have this in place to people know and understand what comes next.
    S.Y.S.T.E.M.S
Save yourself stress time and money.
Do not let employees depend on you, give them room to improve and learn, let them Make mistakes
Don’t throw rants and yell at them, they will be what you expect.
What are hard systems: company logo uniforms looks etc
    Soft systems: voice, tonality
A Script will give me a predictable persistent results.
Coach employees make explanations on how things need to work to avoid them from stressing out and quitting.

I also think it's important for bosses to understand the limitations of their employees. For instance I am currently working a retail job where I am the only one in my department, I have to oversee store aisles with doors and windows as well as special orders that amount to several thousands of dollars. There is typically 2 people in my same position however we lost the other person around 6 weeks ago. So now I have absorbed his special order work load as well as had to become the sole person in the dept. for taking care of in store stock. Theres just not enough time in the day for me to maintain the department as well as get on the phone and follow up with special orders. Because of this both sides of the dept. are suffering and the store is losing money.

I like the Sales part after 09.14 at the End. Very important and I'm totally agree! Sadly most companies don't see or act that way. Customers don't like to see or talk all the time an other Sales Rep. I worked for so many companies who treat Sales like the lowest. Go out and sell my shit and you will earn some money. If not, adios.
