But! yes But!.... ;) Having the best system in the world inside your business doesn't necessarily mean you will scale fast. There are some other ingredients in there that are really the golden tickets! Guess again? ;)
A Positive Mindset is the most important among others. I believe starting and sustaining a business takes a lot of effort, positivism, dedication, perseverance, and self-confidence.
If this channel does not grow rapidly, then either UA-cam's algorithm is broken, or people are so busy watching dumb stuff that they can't be bothered to find these gems. I'm so thankful you were on Tom Solid's show so I could find you.

In my opinion, listening to your customers will help you know and plug the leaks in your business. Feedback will help you know if you hired right, delegated the right way or even in the right business. Satisfied customers will eventually become disciples and possibly investors...

I have watched many of your videos. I had the same thing happen when I moved to a different space. My business needs grew over night but my staff was not the right staff for the new business model. A word about delegation. Could you please do a video on how to delegate and oversee. I tend to love to delegate. I am the opposite of a micromanager. The software I use is actually great for delegating but shitty for overseeing projects and seeing if people are on task. I know check ins are important but unfortunately it isn't until after the person quits or is fired for incompetency that I find all of these errors and it's a huge clean up job. Delegation is key but so is overseeing to ensure that they are actually doing their job and are doing it correctly.
Buidling systems and delgating has to be the 2 biggest ones for me. I am notoriously bad at doing both, because i am choatic in the way i do things and i have not taken the time to put down how i do things within my business. Great video! So much value!!
