honestly like how much you can break a trick down, especially style and everything, definitely have improved just about every trick i have from just 1 or 2 of your videos
I do them the same exact way you do. I did only a few fully rotated. I know exactly how I did those, but it just doesnt work most of the time. The key is to pop the first 180 high, so you have time to spin it fully. But my feet will allow me to pop only a little bit, so I pivot them. Because I am an old rusty father. Damn it.
i can tell you right now joe, ive been consistently working at this trick for 4 months and i haven’t even landed a clean 1 yet. this trick is probably the most difficult i’ve ever tried for flat ground and still i don’t think i’ll ever have it on dial
I havent done one in years, but i would place my feet like BS big spin but i'd try to follow the board all the way around.. easier said than done but after a while the strat worked :).. Great video! love watching these even though i dont skate anymore
How i learned was getting them on a snowboard on flat. You get that hip motion and follow through and it will translate to skating. Then when you start popping 360s skating the ollie motion helps you with you’re snowboarding in turn. They compliment eachother.
been trying on and off for like 6 years now lol, some days I have it good. The secret for me to do a full 360 in the air, is to go limp after you scoop and rotate. This is why its hard I think, you dont really "go limp" on any other skate trick so its a very foreign feeling. Also being mindful of the position of your head goes a long way
I think 360s should have been named impossibles. Honestly to the casual fan seeing a 360 on flat is no big deal. I have 20 years experience and can say I have never landed a bs 360 on flat without a pivot.
It took me like 6 years to learn how to perfect the bs 360 without pivot. 2 thing you doing wrong not bending down enough and you need more snap on the scoop and Ollie higher once you figure it out it just like doing a normal Ollie but with a 360 sounds crazy but yea.
lol 180 pivot .. try actually ollieing and not copping anyone else's style. If there's one thing I've learned about skateboarding in the 25 years I've been doing it, it's that learning tricks on your own and doing what feels comfortable will not only make you a better skater, but give you your own unique style. If you want to learn how to 360, learn how to powerslide 360 first so your body understands what needs to be done and how it feels to turn like that while moving forward. Everyone is built differently, has different muscle strengths, different limb lengths and body shapes. What works for someone else probably isn't going to work for you.
Non pivoted back 3s with the front foot coming off is one of the dopest flatground tricks
📠
This helped me sm, the board is actually staying beneath me and getting almost the full rotation.
honestly like how much you can break a trick down, especially style and everything, definitely have improved just about every trick i have from just 1 or 2 of your videos
Hell yeah glad it helps!
Dude same,my kickflips and front shuvs have gotten much more consistent going off these vids

Feel good comment thread of the day haha You got it G!
Have you got any other 360s. I got these from learning fakie full cabs. Get you the rotation really easy.
@@dynimo32 i’ve got every 360 except regular front 3 and my nollie front 3 is in the works right now but backside is really my thing
these are the best videos

Thank you this is very helpful
I learned full cabs first, the momentum really helps.
Do you have impossibles? Once I got those this trick just made sense with how your back foot controls the board
Good pick G
So useful that you're litterlary at the same level as me at skateing.
Favorite trick 🤩💯
Tyson bowerbank has the best back 3's just saying IMO, and lizard king with the best kickflip. Sk801 represent 🙌
went to the park and actually landed a back 360 full rotation no revert thank you
Can you please please do a back 180 tutorial
One of my favorites, a little alley oop can help to faster the spin

snowboarding has leveled up my skating 10 fold, especially riding switch and doing nollie spins. flips not so much lol
Sick bro you got that trick good
Love from nepal ♥️
I like your straggle
maybe adding more pop youll get enough air time to complete the rotation
Yeah pop would help for sure!
Thats exactly what did it for me. But I lost most of my pop after 25 years of age haha
Nice!
Yes man!
Hihi, I'm not complaining, but this reminds me of 8 months ago. :) Can't ever have enough trick tips or improving tricks content though!
You just need to pop more and you got that in the bag!

Interesting concept
I'll try it

Do the hand thing!
Not on my life
Try scooping it like an impossible.
i noticed you stopped rotating yr body, i’m going to try and keep swinging my arms when i try to get the full 360
More pop!
Congrats on those bs 360's,you got some really good ones!
I'll try those tips soon, they make sense so i hope they'll help me
I hope so too! Good Luck!
@@localjoe thanks man,i've tried the tips and landed a few good ones today, gonna work on those for sure
A bit more vertical and you've got it. POP counts.
