So we are learning how to make Wrappers for Samosa and springroll in the Easiest way as possible In 2 methods
Measurements for both method
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tspn Salt
- water

I prefer the second method because is stress free,though I love the finished product of the first method more.

I was in New Delhi last year and had some homemade samosas, mind-blowing good. Now, i can try to replicate them. I'm no chef, but I have worked under experience chefs, I can impress sometimes.

The first one (dough) is what I use all the time.
The second method is kind of stressful for me
I love the first method because this second method is to common
I don't trust myself with the sec method...I might end up turning it into pan cakes
I have tried the both methods frying them,when it cool down it will no longer be crunchy compare to when it was hot

The second method is not working for me the flour sweat and sticks it's not dried
I tried the first method but it didn't come out well. After heating and cooling. The dough got stucked and refused separating.
