    So we are learning how to make Wrappers for Samosa and springroll in the Easiest way as possible In 2 methods
    Measurements for both method
    - 2 Cups Flour
    - 1 Tspn Salt
    - water

    I prefer the second method because is stress free,though I love the finished product of the first method more.

    I prefer the first method, I think it's more stable it will be more crispy @ final result ♥️. Thank you for your teachings and time

    I was in New Delhi last year and had some homemade samosas, mind-blowing good. Now, i can try to replicate them. I'm no chef, but I have worked under experience chefs, I can impress sometimes.

    The first one (dough) is what I use all the time.
    The second method is kind of stressful for me

    I have tried the both methods frying them,when it cool down it will no longer be crunchy compare to when it was hot

    Weldone. God bless you more. I love both methods. But I use brush for the second method. The first is very good. It's stays more crispy when cold and good when u want to work outside. It's dry. Good job. Thank you.

    The 2 options are Cool, but if I HV large orders, am going for d 2nd method but if my orders isn't hard ,then 1st method
