i have tried using them.. After deep frying it should eaten immediately else they will turn soft.. is it the case even with u.. am i doing anything wrong?? can you please let me know.. thanks
Salam nida This roll sheet is not made with flour I live in outside the pakistan where flour patti is not availiable ..this sheet is made with rice flour ... May be your filling is not completely dry..or may b the temperature too much high. After making of making roll or samosa from this patti will be soft ..because this is not flour patti. Hope you understand

@@nidaashrin1113 try to apply maida (all purpose flour) instead of egg wash.also dont put oil in qeema when you cook it .mine are always crunchy Alhamdulliha
