Thank you so much for the video! First time contact lenses user here and this video helped me out so much! I appreciate you taking the time to do this.
A very long time ago I tried the hydrogen peroxide solution but I didn’t realize what it was when I used it. I made a HUGE MISTAKE and squirted it into my eyes like regular solution. And OMFG!!!!! i thought I was going blind and it burnt so freaking bad!!!! The lesson I learned was to READ what your using and never assume it’s regular solution or eye drops. So please read the labels before doing what I did
Just happened to me yesterday. I was trying to use the hydrogen peroxide as a lubricant to take out my contact lens. I was trying to hold in the pain thinking it would go away but it got worse. Finally after 3 minutes, i went and rinsed my eye with water. Worst eye pain ever 😂
This hydrogen peroxide should be discontinued tho, I mean why? Multipurpose solutions are perfect. We don’t need this it’s like inevitably and intentionally burning your eyes.
Hi , I’ve a question - after doing cleansing process with peroxide solution , Can I put my lenses under multi purpose solution ( like bio true solution ) if I’m not using my lenses after 6-7 hours process of peroxide ?
I definitely appreciate this video. So I do you have a back up pair of glasses, in case I choose not to wear my contacts, but, the majority of the time I’ve started wearing contacts as of between April and June of last year, and I’ve only ever used the kind of case that you first showed in this video and some of them were cases that came with the Opti-Free brand bottles, at least two of them in my time using contacts, but a neighbor friend of mine ended up getting at least two dollar packs of contacts lens cases, and each pack carried five and I’ve had no problem with them despite them being an offbrand and being from dollar tree, but when I knew I was going to be near needing a new contact solution to keep in the container, the Walmart that I usually go to near me that I also used to work at years ago, was all out of the first brand mentioned, so I tried a box of equate contacts cleaning solution, and it does say the 3% hydrogen peroxide, stuff on it, and the second case that you showed in your videoI had seen before, but it had been years since I’ve seen that case because back then I was strictly glasses and I only got into Contacts last year, but when I opened up the box this evening, and the bottle came with that red tip that you explained, and one of those secondary cases which I have not seen in years, and I looked at it as if it was an unusual thing but only because I hadn’t seen one or known about them in several years, and I immediately said out loud, “how the hell do I use this?” 😂, and because I was going to check out a few UA-cam videos this evening anyways, I thought to myself, there’s gotta be a video on UA-cam showing how to use this contraction/contact lens case, and out of all the videos I scrolled through, most of the videos were just talking about the differences between the cleaners or that’s what I got the impression of just from looking at, the face of the video, yours was the only one that gave me the impression this new case with the equate bottle I got was actually going to talk about how to use it and watching this video. I actually saw you were showing it. I’m supposed to use it. So, thank you 🙂
thanks to this vid and comments.. it helps me figure out with this hidrogen peroxide cz this is my first time using this kind of solution.. for the past 12 years i only use regular solution for cleansing my lens 😂 gonna try hidrogen peroxide soon.
Hi! Can I put back the lenses in my eyes even if I only cleaned it with multipurpose solution but not soaked it in the solution for 6 hours ? Like for example I’ll just take a bath and put in the case with multipurpose solution for 30 minutes. Is it fine to use again ?
Yes, you can if you're using the multi-purpose solution :) but with Clear Care, you'll have to wait for atleast 6hours or else it'll burn your eye because the solution hasn't been neutralised yet.
Check the video 7:38 . You cannot place the contact lens directly after you take them out from the clear care solution as it has hydrogen peroxide 2% which will cause your eye burn 🔥 you need to clean with the distilled water or Bio care which is been used before in the video only then you can place it in your eye.

Is this use for scleral lense ???
How often should you do this
Thank you for this. Very well explained🤍🤞🏻
Please explain what happens when it bubbles out of the hole on to. I think am doing something wrong
You forgot rinsing. People, you need to rinse both sides of your lense for 5 second after you rub them in your hand
I really like your videos, very cool and fun
Which one is better tho?
