    Sir mujhe ibs ki problem hai mera weigh bhi bahut kam hogaya hai yoga karne par bhi kam hone lagta hai kaun sa yoga kare sir bahut weakness bhi rehti h hai please sir reply den

    Sir nose bone cartilage mera badh gya hai naak ki haddi .....
    Maans kya wo jal neti se normal ho jata hai 🙂
