    Dear, light na hone ke karan , pahale ke log jaladi kha lete the- ye karan galat hein. Pahale ke log janate the ki hamara digestion Surya se connected hein. Isliye surya asth ke sath kha lete the. Abhi bhi hame jaladi khana chahiye.

    I loosed my weight from 90 to 71 by doing intermittent fasting however I did not started suddenly first 10 hours fast then 12 hours and then 15 to 17 hours.now I am used to it like I do not like to eat after 6 PM means dil se hi ichaa nhi hoti. Is it fine if I will continue to just maintain my health because I am feeling more active jo pahle nhi tha.it helped me out from knee problem,dipression,dullness,stress and migraine and due to that I liked to follow to maintain the same. But is it safe to continue doing same.I want to include I used to eat (only homemade food like jwar bajara roti (sometimes mixed wheat aata also) fruits and all vegitables rice (2 or 3 times in a week) but only 2 times like in the morning 10 then before 6 PM.Is it right way to do pls advise.

    Hello Madam I want to do intermittent fasting, I am doing 13 hrs now n enjoying 👍but I have to take BP pills for 12 hrs gap so can't do more than this much period 😔Madam can u help me from this can I take pills in fasting period n also empty stomach❓please answer me🙏its help me in weight loss but not in BP control how I should mange these

    m following intermittent fasting from last 20 days n wanted some more good information..n hr u r ...sneh sir n u never disappoint us..m following fasting n feeling
    really grt.. feeling some inchloss ..
    jst have some doubts
    1.My sleep is decreased..by 2..3 hrs is it fine?
    2.whenever I break the fast n have food..I immediately feel full ..n heavy by 1/4 meal of daily meal...n after meal fill lil sleepy..is it ok?
    Other that this for full day I really feel fresh

    Madam mujhe diabetic peripheral neuropathy feet numbness problem hai, mere soles hardened hai , corn internally develop hua hai, weakness, dizziness, epilepsy, D3, B12 vitamin ki Kami hai, feet ke finger main athletes foot ho raha hai rainy season ke kaaran. Please suggest kya diet lu . Medicine khate khate thak gaya hun.

    Right when I was in abroad in there someone doing fast and evening time they going to eat 2much can't explain.
    It's better don't do fast eat properly on time.

      Mam mujhe indigestion gas blotting bahut jyada constipation acidity h,, udarkalp churan lena padta h,, ekadashi ki fasting bhi karti hu,,only fruit juice lekar,,24 hours ki fasting,,uske baad bhi 12 se 14 hours ki fasting roj ho jati h,,fir pet se paresan hu bahar ka kuch nhi khati hu,,ghar ka kha lu wahi bahut badi baat h,,subah ek apple 1 banana aur dryfruit leti hu fir 11 se 12 ke bich ne simpl normal khana leti hu,,jab tak kuch nhi khati hu bahut Energy rahti h,,khane ke baad pet itna fulta h,,sant nhi hota,,ekdam Tight ho jata h,,ek khana khane baad kam se kam 5 gante baad hi kuch kha sakti hu kabhi kabhi wo bhi miss ho jata h,,mai Aram se 16 gante ki fasting kar sakti hu,,Mera weight height ke hisab se kam h,, weight gain bhi karna h,,ye sab kaise hoga ,pls🙏kuch bataye,,pet ke karan n bahar jati hu n koi enjoy kar pati hu,, mujhe thik hona kaise bhi,, umeed nhi chhoda h,,koi sahi rasta dikhane wala nhi mila,,sayed aap se help mil jaye mujhe,,

    Madam ma fast krta tha food bilkul nahi leta tha only tea milk apple 2 leta tha bas ek bar to next day fever cold body pain ho jata tha that time I was 26 .
