    Hello, you said for the first recipe that 150 gm of this recipe is under 100 calories. However, puffed rice has 402 calories in 100 gm and seems obvious because it is so lightweight and one would only eat 20-30 gm of puffed rice at one time.

      Soak chickpeas overnight, the next day take the soaked chickpeas, salt , pepper,chilli flakes, lemon , oregano, sesame seeds ( u can customize the seasonings to your liking)and blend all

    100 grams of puffed rice is about 400 calories.. and, peanuts are high in calories. Also, the chapati and egg whites is easily more than 100 cals.. as one chapati (without oil ) s usually 100 cals itself and adding oil and egg whites increases calories. These are surely better snacks for healthy diet, but under not under 100 cals.. :)

      Calories in chapati depend to a good extent on how thin you make it. In my home a typical chapati weight 25 to 35 gm which makes the calories for the same 65 to 85 calories.

    I ate these recipes for a month and there was increase in my fat and i searched for calories in each ingredient you showed and i found out that pnly the ghee you are adding in recipes is more than 130 calories in a teaspoon

    Are you sure when you say they're less than 100 calories!?!! Only 1 teaspoon of ghee/ oil contains around 40 /50 calories , nuts adds up to higher calories. 100 grams of puffed rice is approximately 400 calories. How can you say a 150g of that snack will be less than 100 calories? In fact, it may be more than 600 calories.

      Also an egg roll has much more than 100 calories. A normal roti has more than 100 calories + an egg (of 80 calories) + oil + onions etc. so an egg roll will have 250 calories minimum.

      @@California-resident_123 it's 100 calorie snack that means the entire snack consists only 100 calories. If you use 1tbsp of ghee then that adds 120 calories by itself.
