I tried the paneer tikka recipe today and it turned out awesome. I would just recommend people making this recipe to add some curd in the paneer coating before leaving it to marinate. This would get rid of the strong turmeric flavor in the coating. Hope it helps!

In Odisha we have two boiled dishes....Santula n Dalma...Santula is veggies boiled in turmeric chilli powder water while Dalma is veggies cooked in Dal, taste differs according to veggies we use. Some people put banana, desi alu n saru in Dalma while many just make it with brinjal, pumpkin, papaya, drumsticks etc...the veggies which I like in Santula which others don't r carrot, potol, beans, potato which weren't traditionally there...There is another dish of ghanta with more than 21+incredients but it is mostly cooked with masala oil while Dalma n Santula can be with or without oil but tadka of jeera, tej patta n Tomato is what I love... homemade powder of roasted "jeera n dry red chilli" is what I love sprinkled on my bowl of health.

I tried the honey chilli potato recipe and it was tasting amazing 😍 while eating I was feeling so satisfied that atleast I am not having total junk food 😅 also I did not deep fried the potato just boiled it and saute it on pan with little oil. A simple tip to add tomatoes to the butter paneer sandwich. I usually make the sandwich first and then cook it on tawa. You can also add some green chutney to the slices too. It tastes like heaven too. In the pasta do add coriander stalks a even coriander leaves and also grinded blanched tomatoes. I even add mustard seeds too sometimes in the oil.
I in love with the utensils you have used in tge cooking..reminds of traditional cooking... Could you pls share the links where you purchased? And also how to season it before first use? How to maintain them, coz i too have earthenware tawa, but not able to cook chapatis in it, scared that with the fire/ heat it will crack n burst😁

I guess you missed the raising agent for pizza dough Just follow the same recipe by adding activated yeast or just baking soda and baking powder. These will make the base airy and fluffy
