How to remove the intake manifold on an 02 Mercedes C320

This Mercedes had a failing throttle body causing no throttle response after the car was warm. The intake manifold gasket was causing a vacuum leak as well. After replacing the throttle body and intake manifold gasket the car is now driving great.
