I love the way you explained the whole usage of both Vitamin D and K. I learned years ago the importance of taking them together and even my PCP doctor didn’t know this. When I told her she had to go and look it up and returned to tell me I was correct. Back in those days so many did not have the reason of why they needed them both. I appreciate the way you explained the process. ❤
Dr.Anderson, thank you for the tremendous info you provide. Question: would it be beneficial to add a drop or 2 of DMSO to Blue Methylene when taken orally?
I have overactive thyroid and kind of not wanting to take prescription drugs I have started taking D3 K2, and magnesium but finding I still feel rough, muscles ache
I recently did a hair test and what came back was a serious deficientcy of 30% of required micronutients. But my k2 was great. How long is a good k2 reading ladt I mean is it 24 hours? And what to do if D is low when k2 is high?
Is there a doctor here I can call from afar and pay to have my blood tested for d and k?. I have been on 5 rounds of antibiotics in last year. My doctor hasn't been the best.I think she's good but need someone like this to help. It's getting expensive.

Hi Doc Unfortunately, K2 as a supplement (NON Natto- ) is not easy to Find. Very few Choices available.. Can you recommend a Food source high in an equivalent please NoN Natto. Tnx 🎉
Doctor - PLEASE if you could address my question, as I'm desperate. I have an auto-immune disorder (inflamatory artrhitis) and noticed that it seems to improve, everytime I take 1.25 dhydroxy in drops, while instead, supplementation with 25 dh seems to be not equally effective. What do you believe this could possibly indicate, and in the physiologhy of my body? Why 1.25 effective, but likely not 25 dh? Thank you so much.
Vitamin K2 taken regularly over the course of the last two or three years, has started to cause heart, palpitations, and high blood pressure for me. I think it has something to do with creating an imbalance with calcium and magnesium, but I can’t be too sure.
Does the vitamin D and K2 combo apply to natural D, like from sunshine? Or does it apply more for D supplements? Also, where does VDR fit into all this?
Thiis is a so confusionary presentation: a preview of K2, then presentation of K general form, than distinction between K1 and K2. Then again a the general K form vs Vitamin D needs; back and forth again and again up 3/4 of the video when finally when got MK4 and MK7!...Meh!... Take that K1 out of the equation and talk only about the specific K2 - it's so difficult?! Thanks.
Also, don't forget to take it with Magnesium.

Great topic. Both of those are a part of my supplement cocktail. Fat solubles get refrigerated.
Things I know well but I always enjoy your presentations, concise refreshers.
I just found your channel today. Suffering with ibs and MCAS and you have brought together a lot of important concepts. Thank you 🙏
Once again, thank you for the data, and the simplicity with which you explain it.❤
Valuable information, thank you!
Thank you! I very much appreciate the help by the written words in the video. It is so much easier to understand for not native speakers.
Excellent explanation . thank you so much for sharing such a valuable info.
I so appreciate your channel.
This is a fine presentation. Thank you for informing us , Dr. A.❤
Outstanding discussion.
I have heard, but would like to have this confirmed or refuted, that one should not take zinc supplement at the same time as taking K2 & D ?
Thanks for the information. How about if you have histamine intolerance? I can’t take any vitamin K2 due to its high histamine content.
MK7 maybe better! Is better here for H.
@@stevierusso529 mk7 is what I tried, it’s made by fermentation process which is high in histamine.
Dr. A what brand of D-3 and Vitamin K-2 do you use? Thanks, great video!

Gouda and aged cheeses like swiss, not cheddar
If I get D victim in a daily multivitamin can I add just K2 MK7 as a seperate pill taken same time period
Why do I get PVCs when I take Vitamin K2 (along with vitamin D)? Is there a way to mitigate this situation?
It happened to me also with k2-mk7 at 100 mcg. or more. It went away if I use k2-mk4 or buy the mk7 drops or low dose life extension k2-mk7 at 45 mcg.
Sorry but what is PVC. THANKS
