Ingredients:
(250 ml cup)
2 1/2 tbsp flaxmeal
5 tbsp water
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup virgin coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
a handful of roughly chopped almonds (or any nut of your choice)

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 12-15 mins or until the top is set but the centre is spongy when touched.
Oven temperature varies with oven, so keep an eye on the cookies after 12 mins.
In some oven it may take up to 18 mins to get the cookies baked.
You will get around 25 - 30 cookies with this recipe.

This is my second attempt and it turned out delicious. Made these cookies with ¾ cup of brown sugar as last time i had blindly followed the recipe and it turned out extreeeemely sweet.
Total 22 cookies were made out of this mixture.

Include more fruits in ur diet. It's very good if you make a meal of ur day completely as fruits for eg. For brkfst or lunch or dinner. Better option would be dinner time. It's my own experience.
