If you are making this for weight loss, don't add suji or besan. You should eat only 1 grain at a time for easy digestion. The moment you add multiple grains and protein then it becomes complex. Recipe is excellent no doubt.
Excellent recipe ... Delicious and nutritious. I tried it today ...used oats without roasting and added grated carrot and grated kacha papita instead of tomatos . Everybody loved it ❤️

Thank you so much for this recipe mam.... actually I usef to made oats dosa but it was failed bcoz it was so sticky and not able to flippable on the pan....but this was so easy and tasty too....By the way I used garam masala instead amchur bcoz even chat masala also not available for me.....but the taste was awsome.....thank uou so much mam😊😊😊
I eat everyday ... U can add at least 1 egg so it's make some extra tasty

Made this today. This was an instant success!! I did not bother chopping the veggies. Cut them into smaller chunks and pulsed them thrice in mixer for a course grated form. Quicker to cook that way. Also added one pinch of asafetida for that extra oomph!

Just few doubts:
1) How will this help in weight loss diet while using lot of oil for it?
2) I heard Suji is not recommended during weight loss journey

I have made oats chilla before but with other UA-cam's video and I swear never wanted to eat that thing again. Somehow this video was in my feed and gave a watch. Thought to give it a try (as oats were kept untouched since that day), and LOVED IT!

Depends on the oil being used. Sesame Oil, Coconut Oil are all healthier alternatives.

Adding salt and this much oil will be healthy? Bcz oats are choosen in form of their sodium level on packets! Just need the opinion of yours.
