The 2025 Triumph Speed 400 gets the more powerful avatar of the engine at 40PS and 37.5Nm. It boasts features like ride-by-wire throttle, switchable traction control, torque assist clutch, dual-channel ABS, high-profile tyres and adjustable levers.
There are four colour options -- Racing Yellow, Pearl Metallic White, Racing Red and Phantom Black.

2. It's not Cruiser segment, it's call Mid segment
3. Chrome silencer changed to Blacked.. it's the biggest visual change.. u dint even mention this.

Chrome exhaust replaced by powder coated? No thanks.
This new powder coated exhaust may not look as premium as the chrome finished but one thing you should realise that chrome finished exhaust tend to get discoloured due to constant heat in future where black exhaust will not lose its essence because it dissipates heat more efficiently.
Update Jokes 🤡New updates include changes to the tires and color. As for the exhaust, cost-cutting measures have been applied, with the chrome finish being changed to matte black, similar to Bajaj's bikes...
I had been eagerly waiting for this bike since the official teaser was released, but I'm very disappointed with what we got. What have you done with the exhaust? Previously, it at least looked premium and decent, but now it looks like the exhaust of any local 150-200 cc bike... Why is that 400 on the tank.. damn disappointment... Guys please maintain your class.. what is triumph known for... Metal parts change into plastics.. mate chrom exhaust into black..cost cutting we were expecting something cafe racer.. but you made previous speed into..🤡🤦♂️🤦♂️

But triumph 400 looks more sportive than Guerrila 450

Gorilla handle tends to shift on the right by countering it makes shoulder pain
It's not brother, the tyres on gurilla are bad and the tyres size is very exclusive meaning, you will find it difficult to find aftermarket tyres, 120/70/17 front tyres on gurilla are superbike size, meaning even if you find tyre that size, it'll be expensive to buy cheapest being 15-17 k for just front tyre, if Royal Enfield just gave it normal tyre sizes then it would have been a great deal but as it is you will have to pray everytime you go above 40 in rainy season
