    Every outtake I'm saying "That's me. That's me in my shop!" It takes real humility to make an episode like this and I salute you.

    Humility is a rare virtue these days. GOD bless you sir. I remember when my youngest was 4 or 5 - I would go to the garage to mechanic on a truck, car, motorcycle, snowmobile, lawnmower or some other mechanical beast purposely designed by an "engineer" to be near impossible to work on - and my son would yell out "Mom, get the band aids!"

    Thanks Drew. With all the woodworking videos out there that make it look so easy it can be a discouraging when I am screwing up on my projects. Watching your videos and the cool stuff you make and then at the end there are bloopers makes me feel that I can still make cool stuff and make mistakes. Thanks again!

    So glad I clicked on your cnc table build...I love your videos and the narration style. My favorite outtake wasn't from this video, but there was something similar. When you drop something and say "where did that go?" or "well that's gone forever...." We can all relate to that situation and it cracks me up!!!

    All your outtakes are great, but I really enjoy your sense of humor comments sprinkled throughout your videos. I recall one gem about you borrowing some felt from the middle of your neighbor's pool table to use on the bottom of your bandsaw boxes. Terrific.

    Hilarious!! Thanks for making the rest of us realize it is okay to laugh at ourselves and not to take life so serious. I am a hobbyist at best but sometimes too hard on myself for the daily mistakes I make while in the shop. ALWAYS look forward to your videos!! Love how you involve your son in the shop.

    Hey Drew, love the videos, I'm a big fan of everything you do and have purchased (but have yet to construct) the plans for your Flip Top Cart. It is by far the best design on UA-cam. Anyway, my favorite is the slotted screw montage. And the "...verbally abusive message that could make a grown man cry" wonderful! Keep em coming!

    Awesome . It's good to watch the quality things you make and helps to see that no matter how good you are at something no one is immune to stuff ups, oopsies and oh crap moments.
    Attaching leg upside down I do stuff like that a lot lol through a lack of concentration . Keep up the good work.

    I especially enjoyed your son "hammering". Reminded me of my dad (master carpenter with his own business). He got of bunch of wood from a building that was demolished. He pulled the nails and my job was straightening them. This was in 1956 (I was 6 yrs old).

    I love your “shop helpers” my son often comes into the shop and even occasionally works on something (usually also practicing his hammering) and my service dog obviously is always with me. As far as your getting hurt making us smile, I think it’s more the fact that it makes us feel better about the times we do the same things to know that someone of your skill level does the same stupid things as us. Keep up the great job and stay safe.

    I loved this video. Puts the human face on working that hundreds of UA-cam content makers edit out to make their performance look artificially perfect. So glad you shared this content. I'm looking forward to more reality working along side well made woodwork projects. LOL imagine if you discovered that the French Cleats needed longer screws after hanging some valuables on them. Great video.

    I just love the willingness to show miss-haps! That is often what shop talk is all about! The worst one for my self was finding out after making 12 doors for a cabinet build that every door was an inch two small! I had for got to add an inch to the door opening!🤑 lesson learned! Great videos, love that you show it all! Thanks again Allan
