Nice video and cool KU service! This A320 is about to retire from KAC shortly within a couple of months or even less so goodbye to the old livery 😢

@@AviationJunkie Yes A320ceo’s lease from Airbus was initially for 7 years but Airbus delivery delays made KAC extend the lease,Last week another classic A330-200 was phased out and now with the completion of A320neo deliveries these A320’s are about to be phased out really soon and goodbye to the retro color theme 🥲 By the way the new KAC neo’s are more comfortable with better leg room and excellent IFE and improved inflight WIFI.

Great video---love the exclusive KWI terminal for KU --- far beats the old one for other airlines. Secondly, I agree with u --- miss and love the old school KU --- there really was something about that livery --- new one is okay, not bad, but the old one ? CLASSIC! Thirdly, okay product but I did notice there was no amenity kit, and I didn't get the boarding of business class at the last part --- like, wth!!! food offerings, and presentation could be better--- MY personal verdict --- KU is working hard to regain it's past glory, and that will take some time, but their work so far shows and is commendable. HOWEVER --- nothing beats Qatar Airways --- so I will still be sticking with Qatar for now.

Yes, T4 is great, although I think a lot has to do with it being managed by Incheon Korea Airport (Terminal 4).
Regarding the livery, I think the new one is good too, but there is something with those black and blue cheat lines! 😍
Ah yes, no Amenity kit would be a downside. I completely forgot about it, until you told me just now. I think there isn't much demand on this route, given that off the 11 occupied seats, 5 of them were KU Crew, dead heading for the sector back.
Boarding at the last was quite good, since the rest of the aircraft were all settled in. Moreover, I think in Kuwait, the business class passengers get more time in the lounge and board later. I think it is quite opposite to rest of the world, where in business class passengers get to board first. Coming to think of it, I think boarding last does make sense to me.. And especially when you have a seperate bus to bus you.
Of course Qatar is in a different league to Qatar.
But on this sector, I think it was the best way to travel. Would i pick Qatar with one stop in Doha over KU direct to Cochin? yes, Maybe. 🤷🏻

KU’s business model is totally different than QR, Short haul product on KU is far superior than QR’s all A320’s Even new 737-Max keep in mind that A320 in this video is about to retire from the fleet very soon! , KU’s new A320neos are very pleasant and only fitted with 134 seats vs 152 seats on QR A320 economy class product in KU’s B777’s & A330neos is far superior than QR’s in terms of seat width & legroom and IFE display size, Qatar airways cuisine is superior of that in KU but food in KU is very good! QR’s business product is better of course but KU is very good and comfortable! KU is aiming to regain back its local market share it lost in the past decade and it seems to be on the right track! For flying direct from or to Kuwait I’ll take KU any day! As for the classic livery, All good things come to an end, Love the new Livery that blue bird is beautiful 😍

The IFE screen looks to be smaller than what a buissness class supposed to have. Kuwait Airways is a decent airline....😊
Maybe it's a new trend - minimalist screens for maximum experience! :P
But in all honesty, this is their older seat and IFE configuration. I have heard very good things about their new A320NEO's and the A330-800's. Hopefully I get to fly them one day.

I like the new livery . It’s more cooler than the old one . The a320 business class from kuwait airways isn’t worth the price . The a330-200, a330-800 neo and the B777-300er business classes are much much better and is worth the price
I appreciate your comment! It's great to hear that you like the new livery. Don't get me wrong, I do like the new one, as you say, is quite cool. But the old one is very nostalgic for me!
Your insights on the business class options are really helpful too. Although, the KWI-COK sector on Economy was quite pricey and hence the upgrade option looked like a good deal for me.

You should try the a330-800neo business class from kuwait airways , it’s so much better than this . And I do agree that the prices are higher for Kuwait Airways. I checked for a flight to kochi and Economyclass seat costed 91kd . Which is way way way too much. Did enjoy your video ! Keep up the good work 🎉
