Zoom To Facebook Groups 2024 [EASY FIX ]

Meta killed 3rd party Facebook Group apps in April 2024. Here's an Easy + Fast workaround if you're still looking to live stream to a facebook group!
In this video we talk about the April 22nd, update that meta (Facebook) rolled out to dismiss 3rd party apps using their API to work inside Facebook groups.
You can still livestream to facebook groups from Zoom however you need to use a stream service.
This does not require any special apps. You simply need to take 1-2 extra steps to connect your zoom to your Facebook group to live stream.

Are these instructions only for webinar streaming? versus regular meeting streaming? I do not see the option of "custom streaming" after clicking MORE. Only an option for live broadcasting like the old way.

It worked for me in 1 meeting.
In my succeeding attempts though, this is what would appear when I click "Live on Custom Live Streaming Service ---> "Invalid input parameters. (2)". Would you know why is this?

Thank you sooo much for the instructions!!! This is awesome. Side note question: Do you shut down your Facebook group once you see it is streaming so as to keep the video clean with no reverberation? that's what I used to do before this change. Wondering if there was a way to keep the window open without destroying the video... thanks!
