When we are about 4 hours into the video we can see about how vast but unoccupied and dry the middle of Australia is Btw nice and calm flight, makes me experience I'm on holiday! You've got 1 new subscriber
@@TheLewistownTrainspotter8102 There are longer flights from London to sydney for example. The longest flight that would make sence for an airline is Peking-Buenos Aires with more the 19 000 km or about 12 000 miles, if there would be an aircraft with such a long range.
Apart from the wonderful views, I think the sound of people talking in different languages is fascinating. Goodness only knows what they are say but it sounds great.
Awesome video! 17 plus hours in the window seat. I found 14 hours on an A380 with an economy aisle seat quite long enough. Having an aisle seat on those long haul flights makes things 10x better because you can get up and move around whenever you like - except for turbulence & meal services.
yeah normally I like window seats but on long flights you get fatigued and want to get up to stretch. I figure on an A380 an inner aisle seat is better so only one passenger has to bug you instead of two. basically on any widebody with three seats on the outside that's the case. but when the outer blocks have two seats like the 767 or a330 the outer aisle is preferable so you can have an aisle seat but still have some of a view
I prefer window seats for that reason cause with an aisle or middle seat, the flight would just be boring. At least with a window seat, I can enjoy the view outside.
I am addicted to your channel my friend. I absolutely love the experience you give to viewers when you arrive at the airport, check in, boarding and the actual flight itself. What a treat this is. I love to travel and enjoy the entire process. Your take off shots are incredible, and I actually think my fear of flying has dissipated. The views are relaxing and calming. Truth be told I watch your channel before going to bed. It helps me sleep soundly. Please post more. 😀
Reminds me of a friend who many moons ago bought a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator. He decided to fly a 747 from Heathrow to JFK. After an hour he realised it was in real time, so switched the autopilot on, went into town to do some shopping, had a coffee and got back in time to land at JFK...
I use to fly my Microsoft Flight 747 from Hamilton NZL to Amsterdam non stop. Set it on Auto pilot and after a few hours im off to bed, hours later im near Japan lol, and yes you can take off from the Hamilton airport on Microsoft Flight in a 747 from New Zealand, done it many a time, helped me relax at night
Imagine you actually get a full 8 hours sleep. You wake up and look at the map. You still have almost 10 hours of flight left! Yikes. And I thought my 12+ hour flight from TX to Japan was long. cheers mate and cheers to FULL FLIGHT
How gracious of the Pilot to dip the wings, first starboard and then port out happening upon the east coast of Austalia. `Such attention to detail, and a credit to him / her.
When i flew from Dhakha to Doha, the pilot was flying on a lowet altitude when we were flying at the coast of Oman. And i tell you what Oman looks amazing and that made the flight experience much better
Oh dear. I will be on this flight this July.. 1 hour into the flight and my legs feel twitchy and i need to get off hahahaha What an awesome video. Thanks
Bravo!!! And, nobody aboard that magnificent airplane APPLAUDED, except me! Marvelous video, Mr. Philips!! Wish I could have made that trip, myself! God bless you and yours, and may you all have safe travels, in future!
Being some one that use to drive trucks and Tractors for many hours sitting on my back side id make this trip a dream, Thank you for your time to do this,
Great video. This is a longest flight on QR B777-200LR from AKL to DOH. I can't wait to fly QR on next month from SEA to LAX (AS A320 or A319), LAX to DOH (B777-200LR) and DOH-BKK (B777-300ER). Qatar Airways and B777-200LR are my first time. I had been flown on Emirates on 24 years ago from HK Kai Tak to DXB and DXB-LHR on A300.

Well flying back in July, looking forward ! haha (thank god I have an aisle seat in the A380) Nice video
Alejandro Bahaa I only fly on an aisle seat. I can’t be bothered to sit on a window seat and having to wake up my stranger seat-mates.
