Thanks for sharing. After watching you, I decided to just shorten the factory Holosun screws with a dremel. Everything mounted great and I’m glad I can skip the plate!

Just put mine on replacing a 407k. Just picked the screws that matches the 407k length screws. Didn’t wanna go in at first from the residual blue loctite but after cleaning the threads they went in just fine. If only they put what to use in their directions
I put one on my Reflex MRD.
Just had to grind the screws down to the proper length.
Aside from that, super easy.
You don't need the plate to use those screws, you just need to file or grind them down.
Not sure how far for the 365, but I had to do a little over 1mm for the Reflex.
Torque spec is 15 inch lbs.
Screws need to be longer not shorter on the 365 as the screws Holosun send in are tapered wrong. No one really knows what that plate for even Holosun has told us 4 different guns and none worked on them that was their customer service. In the video I stated what size will work on the 365. Awesome on the reflex that’s good to know enjoy your new gun
I just installed my EPS carry on sig 365 xl macro. I used the screws it came with, and did not use plate. Mine did not rattle. I’ve read on Reddit forums that holosun was fixing this.
Anyways, I have yet to shot mine but did not experience a rattle and was able to screw them on tight. Fingers crossed.
I have screws from my 507k and 507c that would fit perfectly. I believe my trijicon screws would work also. Idk why yours have that flare at the top.
When I mounted mine it has a gap in the front under the optic. How do I correct this? I’ve got different screws for it too.
Make sure to use vibra-tite or don't be surprised when that optic comes off. Great video

Yep freaking sucks they collect everything. EPS so easy to simple wipe with t-shirt go back to my life lol
Do they make a holster for the xmacro ? Or is the XL the same ? I wasn’t sure because the rail
The X-Macro takes its own holster do to it having the 1913 rail. C&G holster make them, we did have 1 holster left on our website.
You can also run a regular streamlight TLR-7A light on the macro.
What model EPS did you get? Had to send one back already four the same gun cause it didn’t fit at all bolts didn’t line up
Any of the Holosun EPS Carry models will work on the P365’s, use the plate that comes with it and the dot will be just above the front site.
My eps came with screws that fit perfectly with direct installation.
It’s hit and miss man hit or miss I’ve been told or maybe they finally got it right lol I’ve installed 7 so far on only 1 has had the correct size screws without using the plate which why we bought screws for it
@@dukessportshop Guess I got lucky. Do you put any kind of glue on the bottom of the Red dot so it sticks to the slide? Only other red dot I have is mounted on a milled slide and it’s a tight fit. I’m just curious to see if 2 loctite screws is enough to run this set up through edc and 8 hour courses.
@@NOYESUSA no just on the screws I’ve never had an optic come off my firearm, I’ll never say can’t happen as it has I’ve seen it just I’ve never had one of mine come off I just check the screws every once in a blue moon to make sure they still tight.

Man I went out and bought that Schema holster and my 365 XL wont even go halfway in its so tight. Very disappointing as I really wanted it to work like yours. I'll probably just return it to Bass Pro. Cheers bud
Yeah something def off maybe ask to switch it with another one? As the wife & I both have one and we absolutely love ours. We honestly sell a lot of them, so something is messed up in your im wondering if maybe it’s the right holster like maybe someone was trying on multiple and got the boxes mixed up?

Sadly with as much as that gun is ported the likelihood of the bullets that refuse to expand is quite good. Everyone wants a compensated 9mm , but what they don't tell you is how poorly the projectile performs when you take all the gas out of it. This gets worse when you start shortening the barrel lengths.

I hate how they released a fde spectre. I wanted the spectre when it first came out but didn’t like the black and gold so I bought the fde xl.
That always happens the black & gold one is discontinued now. The fde & black is the new limited offering we have 6 more coming in that’s the last 6 we can get in.
@@dukessportshop they look good with the textured grip. I haven’t seen enough evidence where’s it’s that much better than the standard XL but it’s a great buy from someone who doesn’t have it
@@AFGixxeR88 yeah unless you need the comp “ which I absolutely love the comp” then no need to trade you can buy that grip mod on sigs website. Between my wife & I we have (4) 365 models lol. But we both work at guns shops. She’s online manager at another shop and I’m marketing here… the irony in that lol

That is definitely a personal choice I know this I’ll never sell that gun absolutely love it. I got well over 100 shorts me shooting that gun I’m always shooting it just a great gun and I love the comp I know some say they can’t tell idk my slow mo videos I did on shorts everyone in the comments all say they can see a difference.
And the macro love it too.

You also lose some velocity from that shorter barrel. 20-30 fps. I have this same pistol and love it. I'd rather have a flat shooting pistol then an extra 20fps round.
