Why would you make the short dust cover version non compatible with most holsters? Trigger guard is like 50% thicker than the normal module, and the whole point of the short frame is to let you use your old stuff. Just make the short frame’s trig guard like the XL
This should be at the top.
Yeah this literally makes no sense to me. The whole purpose of the shorter macro grip module is so that u can use all of your prior mods for the standard p365 or x with the benefit of the longer grip and 17 round mag. He mentioned u can use all of your prior lights and holsters but there is no way that my TLR-6 light would work on this since it’s a direct mold for the width of the trigger guard of the p365xl grip module. Love Wilson combat stuff but this seems like a huge miss.
The Sig subreddit was full of guys getting them and them not working with any of their existing holsters. I was going to get one for my P365X before I saw all of those posts.
Actually the worst part is the SIG rail doesn't extend back past the trigger guard which means you can't use most lights like the TLR7 Sub on it 😂
Wilson Combat perfected a better grip for the 365. No reason Wilson Combat should have the priority to make something to fit an aftermarket holster.. The Wilson Combat 365 grip is a huge improvement.
will there be a complete collaboration WCP 365 X-Macro gun?
Thats to bad you deal in plastic bill wilson , your company reps gonna go down for that
? They’ve been developing extremely high-quality “polymer” parts for years. And the reps been doing just fine.
If you don’t evolve, you go extinct.
Heads up - Short dust cover version has got fit issues for kydex holsters.
I ended up filing the sides of the triggerguard on mine to get it to fit my holsters
If you wanted the short dust cover version to fit in old holsters why the hell didn't you use the older trigger guard too?
Manuel safety version module would be preferable for some of us. Hope it's an option soon on the railed module.
Ordered the new macro module and less than 60 seconds with my dremel I had the cut out, don't wait unless you don't own a dremel or file.
you can get the safety cut done by WC! you’ll just have to call their support number to get that arranged, it’s $25 service they offered to me when I emailed them
These new XMacro frames have a cutout section that you simply remove if you need the manual safety cut. Probably easier for them than making two separate frame types
@@jdizzle4399 excellent... thanks for the info.
Thanks Mas, good info as always.
I found the palm swells much too pronounced, and the surface texture extremely slippery. Cleaning them with alcohol did not help. The rear Backstrap was too ‘pointy’, and I believe this was why the gun was very squirmy to shoot, for me. The edge of the trigger guard dug sharply into my index finger knuckle when shooting.
Based on grip circumference, mine sized between S and M, compared to the Sig Macro grip module. The lack of replaceable back straps on the Wilson was a miss for those with larger hands, unfortunately.
I was very surprised by multiple reports of magazines not dropping free, and frequent mention of holster fit issues, especially with such a long development time on this product.
Overall, I was very disappointed with this purchase, as compared to my Wilson P365XL grip module, which was excellent.
The Wilson Combat grip is perfection it is not slippery at all.
When will they be back in stock?
I put my xl slide with a Holoson 507k, on my x macro. That set up for me is on point.
Any idea when we might get a manual safety version?
And magwell compatibility, the grip is too small for very big hands without it.
read the literature on their website, they tell you to cut the safety slot out yourself
It’s a shame the 365 rail version doesn’t fit in normal 365xl holsters
One other advantage of the module is that they give closer to a 1911 grip and angle. Similar to the EDC x9
Love it I'm so glad you guys are doing stuff for the p365
P365xl with 1913 rail please
Yes, please, please!
micro, xl, short frt grd, long frt grd, holster will fit, holster will not fit , will use this slide , but not that , use this mag not that 365 smaller now its larger , xl, micro , 365 365x .. what the hell is this guy talking about he just babbles away ..
This is EXACTLY what XMACRO customers have been asking for!!
Right ! A Glock - awesome . Except $ 80 magazines ! Glock 17 rd. Mag. = $20 any color - OK !
@@bobwilson758 glock can't compete with size/ capacity on this one.

@@bobwilson758 The highest _commonly seen_ price on the 'net for 17 round p365 mags is SigSauer's webstore at $60 msrp, and I just ordered four from a known good supplier for $40 each on sale. @@bobwilson758 - 365 mags are Not $80. They are $49.
Where are we adding weights to plastic guns. Maybe we should just go back to metal.
Does Wilson Combat plan to release a grip mod with a cutout for the manual safety models of the macro?
WC P365 grip module made all the difference in the world on both my X and XL. I'm ready for an X-Macro g-module!
Agree the Wilson Combat grip is fantastic. A much needed improvement.
We waited YEARS for a 17 round grip module that worked in our XL holsters only to finally get it and have it not fit a ton of holsters for one of the most popular carry pistols on the market. You didn't "have" to go with the thicker trigger guard to accommodate the 1913 rail on a grip module that DOESN'T HAVE A 1913 RAIL. Then to add insult to injury the SIG rail sits lower than the OEM location which also negatively impacts fitment with light bearing holsters. You guys obviously cut corners and shoehorned the SIG rail onto an X-MACRO module instead of basing it off of the OEM XL trigger guard and rail dimensions to save on engineering time or cost on molds and created a bastardized module that only fits in holsters with retention that's sloppy enough to fit a frame that it wasn't designed for. This is a missed indoor 15Y field goal.
1000% agree! I waited on the short model for so long just to receive a supremely sub par product that works with non of the holsters I own. A complete miss by WC.
90% of customers don't have your problem
@@nottodaynsa4782 90% of customers don't use holsters? 🤔
@@sry0fcr 90% are not buying another 365. Most sales will be first time 365 owners.
@@nottodaynsa4782 I think we're miscommunicating. I never said or inferred such a thing.
Will Wilson Combat release a grip mod with a cutout for the manual safety on the the Sig macro? I prefer a manual safety on Sig pistols.
Please make an aluminum Wilson combat frame!!
Only thing I don't like is the notch for the safety. The XL version does not have it, I don't see why you'd put it on the macro version. Messes up the aesthetics of the module.
Like to see WC offer matching magazine base plates for the p365 series...I think there is a market for that..👍
Will Wilson Combat be coming out with a manual safety version of the X-Macro module?
There have been multiple sitings of problems with the Macro wc grip module.
This time I'll stay away.
Yep. Finally got to the range yesterday to test mine and it was fine. But lotta problems for others. WC dropped some ball somewhere.
Do these have the spaces for the grip weights?
Darn why they got to put all of those lines on the grip😒
An alloy frame would be wonderful.
Love the wilson combat x macro frame its a little wider on the side but they put little groves to make the feel perfect!
I saw a Macro TacOps in the used case at my LGS with a rds on it, for 799... I'm going back tonight to pick it up... I like it better than my SS MR920 for CC

Thanks guys , I’m excited to get a Wilson Combat grip for the Sig P365 X Macro TacOps , that I’ll be buying next week !!! Massad your Awesome !!!!💥💥🔫from Commy Ct 🇺🇸🇺🇸
I'm happy that you guys came out with these grip modules, your hard work and dedication knocked it out of the park yet again. I always recommend Wilson Combat to everyone I know that has issues with their 1911, or in general. Thank you guys for providing the 2A community with quality products we can count on.
I just got one of these Wilson xmacro grip modules in fde, love it and it tightened up the frame to slide fit. Excellent quality and feel! Thanks Wilson Combat for an excellent product!!!👍
The two Wilson Combat XMacro Grip Modules that I purchased would only function properly with one of five Sig OEM 17rd XMacro magazines that I tried. They would not drop free (empty to fully loaded) with either of the two WC XMacro grip modules. I sent both of them back and was issued a refund. Those same five magazines have always functioned as designed in multiple P365-family grip modules.
Meh on the Gray Guns trigger........Tactical Development's Dual Flat Face trigger is the way to go. Best of both worlds with modified geometry. I've tried both and it'sTac Dev for the win. JMHO
I would like to buy a Wilson Combat SigP365 XMacro as a carry pistol, and will wear it with a round chambered. Sig offers this pistol with a thumb safety that I want. Can I order the WCP with the thumb safety? Tony Pavone
Hit that like plz thumbs-up helps spread the word
Am I the only one hoping for an xl size frame with the macro rail/ trigger guard, without having to chop a macro frame or pay 400 bones for an aluminum module from Icarus? Maybe I’m the weirdo, but I’d love to be able to size my xmacro down to an xl for summer and only need one holster pattern, and/ or one light
I remember bringing up these exact holster and light issues with the macro modules to Mr. Wilson and the other WC guys at NRAAM. I am telling myself that I deserve some of the credit for y’all coming out with this awesome product. 😅
Thanks now you got credit
Still waiting on a restock for the p365xl Manual safety version of your modules.
LOVE the looks and feel of this module. The short version works with any of my slide assemblies X/XL/Spectre Comp. I was hoping that it would fit my X/XL holsters but it’s a no go in the one’s I’ve tried. Tier ! Echo, Vedder Light tuck , Upper Hand OWB . Galco Classic Lite shoulder holster. It does fit my X Macro holsters. But I was really hoping it. Would work in the others, especially the Galco Classic Lite shoulder holster as they don’t offer a version for the X Macro. I ended up switching back to my WC XL module which I also love.
Sig is missing out on money for not making an XMacro grip module for the original 365.
I wish you made the grip module so it would accept flared magwells.
on your website it says it’s not compatible with ca models, is that only because of the safety and magazine disconnect? if modified to regular spec it will fit right?
Awesome! Please make an SFX10 next!!!
The macro version for p365 sized pistol did not fit my holster as well. I had to modify and sand it down to fit. To me it was worth it but wish I didn’t have to do that.
Guy is a box of rocks
Any time line for the complete wcp365 xmacro action tuned version?
Thanks
Great question.
It’s out now but the cost is going into Staccato territory…..$2300!
What's he talking about when he says dust cover?
There is another great review on these grips by AZ Trigger: ua-cam.com/video/ME_ToLhC2vI/v-deo.htmlsi=sFQrExsmc-sbiaPg
Need some macro modules with safeties so people don't have to try and drill their own
1 month later and still waiting for mine…
The modification on the hair piece needs to be reversed. Just go dome
unfortunately there all out of stock now 02/1/2024
You guys need to to a thin model too. One of the big selling points is how thin they are which makes them easy to conceal. You should have another option that stays true to that. I love your grips but they definitely print more
I guarantee Sig has one coming soon I prefer the thinner grip.
@timtaylor1483 it's the entire point of the gun. The wilson grips are great if this is a range gun or home defense but they aren't great for this guns real purpose which is edc.
I’ve pocket carried a 365 with the Wilson Combat XL module and it doesn’t print any more than the factory one. Before the WC I pocket carried the stock 365 with 12-round mag and it wasn’t noticeable at all. These are fine for concealed carry…
@@adventurfly879…. People cc full size guns and you’re moaning about millimeters added to an already invisible gun. The xl grip module doesn’t make the gun a hand cannon all of a sudden dude.
@tonybrown5425 it's a half inch wider. And I'm in shape so it shows. I'm sure you pot bellies it doesn't make that big of a difference but with a flat stomach almost anything prints. You want to carry a full size gun like you will be in a gun battle any day now I'm sure then go ahead. But actually fully concealing mine is way more important. I actually work. I don't sit behind a desk with a beer gut bruh. And I know you ain't in shape because I just know. And that's a fact.
Anyone know where to get a leather holster for this?
Can you put a x macro slide on a xl grip module?
Mr Massed Ayoob👍
Chuck Norris fears Massad Ayoob
Make a 17 rd 380 mag and take all my money.
Greetings. Guys, please share any ideas regarding compatibility of Sig p365 AXG Legion slide and WC x macro grip module. Thanks
I have an original P365 that I swapped in the trigger and 12rd grip module from an XL model and left the top short and stock and basically made a P365X before it existed. Can i convert it into an XMacro model by getting the wilson combat XMacro grip module (or factory Xmacro grip module) plus a whole Xmacro slide assembly complete and just use my FCU with it? Curious if the P365 FCU is consistent across the whole model range. This saves me from going to a gun shop and all of the paperwork, but possibly may not be cost effective unless I buy them used from gunbroker.
Love Wilson guns but unfortunately can't afford them. Maybe some day... for now just keep track of Wilson's product's.
I have two X macros, one with the short rail version and one the 1913 rail. I need a WC module for my 365 X and they’re out of stock everywhere. When will they be coming available again?
PROSTATE CANCER (🦖) is cancer that occurs in the prostate. The prostate is a small walnut-shaped gland in males that produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm.
Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer. Many prostate cancers grow slowly and are confined to the prostate gland, where they may not cause serious harm. However, while some types of prostate cancer grow slowly and may need minimal or even no treatment, other types are aggressive and can spread quickly.
So I have one of the old school original P365 (original model with curved trigger) and I want a larger grip, 1913 rail and larger capacity.
Which new grip module will fit on the short original size (mini) slide? Thanks!
If you replace a standard P365 module with the XL module you'll need 12rd mags with the correct floor plate.
Interested in this grip module and the Icarus Precision model. Is it wise to modify your grip/frame on your EDC? How/could it hurt you in court?
I like the way this grip module feels, however I don't like the fact that my mags do not drop free. I have assembled and reassemble twice. Mag catch is where it's supposed to be, it's just that apparently the mag funnel is just too tight
Massad doesn't have that "Kid in a Candy Store" look, that he has whist he fondles other more traditional handguns! I think the Sig 365 is in the C.B.F.I.H.H. Category in regard to Massad!
Oh! "Cannot be found in his holster!"
Great Video!
Another great product by Wilson Combat but if I was you, I would save your money and get an SFX.
I got the 365x macro and the 365 XL I absolutely love those guns although I have to have the 17 round mag in the XL to carry it and pull it and draw it comfortably I love both guns but I'm going to have to try one of these I have yet to try one of the Wilson combats 2550 rounds through the macro 1730 through the xl absolutely no malfunctions great guns
Could someone explain to me what it would take to set something up like at 3:50 what module an is it a 320 or a 365.
I like the feel of a Springfield, but don't prefer the glocks, how would this compare. Thanks.
I am once again requesting a video on instructing children, as Massad Ayoob's book on the subject is very outdated.
Thank You Wilson!! Great value!! Have the P365 and XL modules and love the versatility it allows me with my pistols but they are priced very competitively. Also put one on my 320 and find they all improve shooting. Makes good shooting pistols great shooting pistols. Ya'll killed it!!
365 #1👍wilson$$$$$$$$ok
Strong work; this is the video we should have got previously. Now all you gotta do is fix the incorrectly hung American flag on the wall…
Picked up a tan version of the X-Macro for use with a TacOps slide. Doubt it would work with a Sig or aftermarket mag-well due to somewhat flared shape. Nota big deal for me but may be an issue if one tries to add a magwell. Bought it with the tungsten weight kit, which enhances the balance IMO. FWIW, Tactical Development's aluminum flat basepad works pretty well with this and is now available in a FDE-ish color that matches Wilson's 'tan' grip modules pretty well.
I want the opposite route. X frame for the 12rd mag with the macro dust cover/pic rail.
Unfortunately according to henry holsters the short grip module has the same trigger guard as the macro snd the dust cover dimensions are different so the short grip frame will not fit a P365 holster
I converted my 365x into a Macro by cutting a little off the pic rail area , now I got a 17rd 365x
Do you have magazine grip sleeves to make 17 round mags flush with the XL grip?
I can't wait to get both of these. I love my Wilson Combat grip on P365X and my 320.
I’m simply not grasping any meaningful difference between stock and WC. A metal one maybe understand bc it’s metal but still not desirable as I’d just get a Legion. People must just like pissing money away and tinker with what already works.
Yes my buddy has a xl we mod. Not a fan but I do appreciate innovations I suppose so credit to WC.
I’ve been looking at your guns looks like very well made.im retired officer have been Glock for years. Time to buy something different.
Thanks guys & thanks Wilson Combat.
@Massad Ayoob
@Wilson Combat
The mag wells on the two XMacro grip modules that I received are definitely tighter than the mag wells on the two Sig XMacro grip modules that I've been running for a while. With a sample size of three Sig XMacro 17rd magazines & two WC XMacro grip modules, one drops free as I've been accustomed to. One requires a much more deliberate activation of the mag release to drop free. The third magazine has to be pulled or shaken from the mag well.
Just got mine in and the mag will not drop free. Tried to dremel some material away and still won’t drop free. Garbage and a waste of my money
I'd be first in line to buy one, but I bought a P365 with a manual safety and those seem to get short shrift.
Is it easy to file out the slot for the manual safety?
For you tlr6 guys, you're going to have to retro fit the module. The trigger guard up to the rail will need to be worked down.
Woke up, saw this, and went right to Wilson combat for the purchase. I've been waiting for this since the week I bought my x macro 🎉
Well you are right. I bought two x versions so I can carry with my original holsters.
Love mine!! Makes a big difference on grip. Easy install.
