Do you use the back muscle or shoulder/hand muscle
How would this be done to strengthen the left side with right thoracic curve? Or does it only need to be done on the one side?
@@shanthony5740 this exercise is not meant to strengthen. We are using the breath and positioning to try to de-rotate a right sided thoracic curve.
