Try to change keyword of your gig. They have changed the way Fiverr records your keywords. If you have repeat terms like Instagram Marketing and Digital Marketing, system will consider"Marketing" as redundant and you may lose the impression.

I’ve been on Fiverr for 8 years and it’s miraculous if I get orders and I can draw and I’m affordable and even underselling myself. I even did an experiment to do a gig similar to a successful page yet got no response. new people who joined two years ago or less have thousands of orders. 300 impressions and 2 clicks. This is pathetic.
If you’re underselling, that might be part of the problem tbh. Being on the platform for a long time is just one tiny component to consider. Sounds like it’s time to revamp your strategy and give your profile a refresh if you really want it to turn into anything instead of just sitting. I've been on fiverr for a couple of months and I started doing really good. My impressions and clicks were increasing, over 20k. I was a rising star and I'm super close to level 2, but all of my numbers are red and dropping like crazy now. It's super depressing. I think it's because I had to cancel an order. It's like business was great and one small issue and now everything is tanking.

SCAMMERS beware of scammers on Fiverr. If they want to interact outside of Fiverr first, it’s a red flag. Look out for the website Toptal and being told you have to be payed with “alternative methods,” such as the purchasing of cards. I know the signs, they didn’t get me. I reported immediately. Thank you, Carrie. I can't remember which video it was, but I did write down what you tell buyers when they ask for a discount. I hope to get to a point where I can say sorry no discounts - in a nice way, but right now I'm handing out discounts left and right. If someone wants to order 20 blog posts, I give them a discount, but I do ask if I can stagger the orders. Then, at least I can get a few reviews out of it, too. I'm not sure it's a big enough topic to cover in a video, but would you consider covering the process of discounting - or weaning off of discounting? Thanks, again!

The buyer left me a good review but I can't see his review along with what I delievered. I have noticed that sellers have their buyer reviews next to their completed gigs. Am I missing something ?
Not sure what you mean about ‘next to their completed gigs.’ Do you mean in the image carousel portfolio of delivered samples? The client has a choice to display their sample there or not - they may have chosen not to (totally cool, btw), assuming you have the live portfolio tool turned on correctly in the first place. Sometimes 2. but since one costumer canceled his order (of no reason), i feel it doesnt work so good anymore. I know, that its not good, a cancel, but I accepted it, because otherwise he would have give me a very bad review (he was very unfriendly), so I thought, to cancel is a better way. Good tips, but I would suggest preparing a script or something. I mean for example "make sure the price is not a red flag", it would be way, waaaaay better to just make things simple and say "don't over price" or "don't charge too much when you're starting out", etc. Anyway that's just my opinion, you're still awesome.

Nope, you can't ever have multiple accounts, even if you sign up with different emails. Ultimate no-no. BUT you can create gigs across different categories. That's not a problem at all.

Things fluctuate and that’s normal. What I’ve heard from Fiverr team members is that bad client feedback (public or private) has the biggest impact on search and could potentially (and temporarily) tank your position. Good luck! Well I started for like 2days and my gig has 30 impressions and 0 clicks. The impressions seem to keep growing only at night so yeah. I think it’s pretty good.

Think critically about all of the points that I outlined in the video. You really can’t be stagnant - you have to keep innovating, improving, and adapting. But also keep in mind that traffic fluctuates, so you might need to diversify your offerings a bit to create more stability. Good luck!

I don't understand the question... but no, you can only make gigs within accurate subcategories. And it would be counterintuitive because search results won't be accurate.

It has to do with the overall level of credibility that you put out. The Fiverr level system is just one piece of the puzzle. If you can supplement with a killer portfolio, industry credibility, external reviews, track record of success, compelling service offering, professional/trustworthy video, etc., then no - you don’t have to wait to charge fair prices.

hello, I got an impression of more than 10k in 2021 and then I made some mistakes, such as late delivery and the client didn't match my finished image. so from there my impressions dropped from 10k down to below 1k and this year i got impressions at 1 - 3k per week i thought things would slowly go back to how they used to be, and i kept evaluating my credibility and updating some shows and changing the prices too from standard package 80$ to 35$ but now i feel like gigs of power still no progress, in this stage i keep evaluating and updating, but for now i have run out of steps to fix my fiver gigs, i'm not asking for help on this, but I want to talk to the same people as me and people who have risen from under-sales.. thank you

If I’m reading your question right, no - neither party can see the other person’s feedback until after you’ve left your own. If one person does and the other doesn’t, the single review will publish after 10 days and the other person is locked out from leaving feedback.
@@carrieblogger that seems strange because I have had a look at other people's feedback and it appears the seller is responding to exactly what the buyer has written. If that makes sense.
I understand what you’re asking now. After you leave your review of the buyer (posted to their buyer profile), you can then choose to leave a public response to their feedback on YOUR profile. I rarely do. Some people use it to thank the buyer, but I thank them privately and I don’t want my text boxes to gunk up the review page. I’d rather it be full of happy customers, not filled messages from me.

I am a level 2 seller on Fiverr. I used to get that many orders which I couldn't manage and I had to outsource but now all is gone. I am not getting any impressions, clicks, and orders. As far as I know, editing doesn’t negatively affect your gig. It sounds like maybe the outsourcing did you in, if it wasn’t high quality work, and maybe you got a string of bad internal buyer reviews. But also, it’s flexible. Things change. Try to change keyword of your gig. They have changed the way Fiverr records your keywords. If you have repeat terms like Instagram Marketing and Digital Marketing, system will consider"Marketing" as redundant and you may lose the impression.

I’ve been on Fiverr for 8 years and it’s miraculous if I get orders and I can draw and I’m affordable and even underselling myself. I even did an experiment to do a gig similar to a successful page yet got no response. new people who joined two years ago or less have thousands of orders. 300 impressions and 2 clicks. This is pathetic.
If you’re underselling, that might be part of the problem tbh. Being on the platform for a long time is just one tiny component to consider. Sounds like it’s time to revamp your strategy and give your profile a refresh if you really want it to turn into anything instead of just sitting.

I was a rising star and I'm super close to level 2, but all of my numbers are red and dropping like crazy now. It's super depressing. I think it's because I had to cancel an order. SCAMMERS beware of scammers on Fiverr. If they want to interact outside of Fiverr first, it’s a red flag. Look out for the website Toptal and being told you have to be payed with “alternative methods,” such as the purchasing of cards. I know the signs, they didn’t get me. I reported immediately.

I hope to get to a point where I can say sorry no discounts - in a nice way, but right now I'm handing out discounts left and right. If someone wants to order 20 blog posts, I give them a discount, but I do ask if I can stagger the orders. Then, at least I can get a few reviews out of it, too. I'm not sure it's a big enough topic to cover in a video, but would you consider covering the process of discounting - or weaning off of discounting? Thanks, again!

The buyer left me a good review but I can't see his review along with what I delievered. I have noticed that sellers have their buyer reviews next to their completed gigs. Am I missing something ?
Not sure what you mean about ‘next to their completed gigs.’ Do you mean in the image carousel portfolio of delivered samples? The client has a choice to display their sample there or not - they may have chosen not to (totally cool, btw), assuming you have the live portfolio tool turned on correctly in the first place.

Thanks for this wonderfull video!! i started 2 month ago in a niche, and I got Level 1 Seller in this 2 Month. At the first time, i got 1 order every second or 3. day. Sometimes 2. but since one costumer canceled his order (of no reason), i feel it doesnt work so good anymore. I know, that its not good, a cancel, but I accepted it, because otherwise he would have give me a very bad review (he was very unfriendly), so I thought, to cancel is a better way. Good tips, but I would suggest preparing a script or something. I mean for example "make sure the price is not a red flag", it would be way, waaaaay better to just make things simple and say "don't over price" or "don't charge too much when you're starting out", etc. Anyway that's just my opinion, you're still awesome.

Nope, you can't ever have multiple accounts, even if you sign up with different emails. Ultimate no-no. BUT you can create gigs across different categories. That's not a problem at all.

Things fluctuate and that’s normal. What I’ve heard from Fiverr team members is that bad client feedback (public or private) has the biggest impact on search and could potentially (and temporarily) tank your position.

Think critically about all of the points that I outlined in the video. You really can’t be stagnant - you have to keep innovating, improving, and adapting. But also keep in mind that traffic fluctuates, so you might need to diversify your offerings a bit to create more stability. Good luck!

I don't understand the question... but no, you can only make gigs within accurate subcategories. And it would be counterintuitive because search results won't be accurate.

Hi Carrie, I hope your well. Do you agree with people advising not to put your prices up until you reach level 2 status.
It has to do with the overall level of credibility that you put out. The Fiverr level system is just one piece of the puzzle. If you can supplement with a killer portfolio, industry credibility, external reviews, track record of success, compelling service offering, professional/trustworthy video, etc., then no - you don’t have to wait to charge fair prices.

It’s not bad to start, but likely not enough volume to get you moving. A 2% CTR is probably killer, so with less than 100 impressions you barely have any chance to get a single click.

Hi after several orders I hardly earn on Fiverr and receiving no review one of my buyers told me he can't leave a review due to "please include at least 10 characters" while he put at least 20 characters why is this happening?

hello, I got an impression of more than 10k in 2021 and then I made some mistakes, such as late delivery and the client didn't match my finished image. so from there my impressions dropped from 10k down to below 1k and this year i got impressions at 1 - 3k per week i thought things would slowly go back to how they used to be, and i kept evaluating my credibility and updating some shows and changing the prices too from standard package 80$ to 35$ but now i feel like gigs of power still no progress, in this stage i keep evaluating and updating, but for now i have run out of steps to fix my fiver gigs, i'm not asking for help on this, but I want to talk to the same people as me and people who have risen from under-sales.. thank you

Maybe try raising them to a ‘gap’ in the market and then offer a ‘special seasonal discount’ that people can just message you for. Good luck!

If I’m reading your question right, no - neither party can see the other person’s feedback until after you’ve left your own. If one person does and the other doesn’t, the single review will publish after 10 days and the other person is locked out from leaving feedback.
@@carrieblogger that seems strange because I have had a look at other people's feedback and it appears the seller is responding to exactly what the buyer has written. If that makes sense.
I understand what you’re asking now. After you leave your review of the buyer (posted to their buyer profile), you can then choose to leave a public response to their feedback on YOUR profile. I rarely do. Some people use it to thank the buyer, but I thank them privately and I don’t want my text boxes to gunk up the review page. I’d rather it be full of happy customers, not filled messages from me.

I started on fiverr in oktober in 2020 and I quickly got a lot of sales and had about 25 orders untill januari. I then paused my gig because of school. No I put my gig back on active for 2 weeks and Im getting almost no clicks and no orders at all. Do I just need to be more patient?

I am a level 2 seller on Fiverr. I used to get that many orders which I couldn't manage and I had to outsource but now all is gone. I am not getting any impressions, clicks, and orders. My gig has gone from page 1 to 10. I have edited my gig many times. Just wanted to ask that does editing the gig, again and again, has any negative effect on the impressions and visibility?
As far as I know, editing doesn’t negatively affect your gig. It sounds like maybe the outsourcing did you in, if it wasn’t high quality work, and maybe you got a string of bad internal buyer reviews. But also, it’s flexible. Things change. Here are two videos I recommend:
