I don't know why this channel isn't more popular
Plastic plug template is efficient, not lazy!
Grub was an inspired addition to the channel. The man is a talented fabricator and a natural on camera!
It's not being lazy Grubbo, it's working smart! Love watching fabricators problem solve. Good stuff boys she's gonna rip!
That inlet pipe got me very excited
Cool vid mate. Not super interested in i30s but seeing this one being repaired and track prepped sure is interesting to watch. Grubs awesome on camera too.
Awesome vid! Loving the I30N content.
Gel his hair Andrew
It's great to see some fabrication on this channel
Love following this one, as a guy tracking a stock one im keen to see it grow. Its pioneers like you that will make this car great to develop in future
Nice work! Looking forward to how this goes on the track. I’ve always had a soft spot for these. As a former MPS3 owner, I feel like the i30N picked up the baton where Mazda dropped it.
Have you heard of Renault Sport? (now also unfortunately changing)
@@DOO00K Reno = shit box, so no
@@brent1835 oh yeah, you’re right, sorry.
@@brent1835 Renos are not shit boxes bubby.
Looking good 👌🏻
Project no secret’s !!!!!!!! Please
We should be filming a progress update today or tomorrow at Grim Performance.
@@MotiveVideo Great news, looking forward to it
great work grubby. another good video
Great video guys
Good informative stuff
Love too see how much power the turbo inlet free up.
I think it's crazy how easy it is to mod these modern turbo cars. Drop in a bigger turbo and inlet (maybe a bigger intercooler) and you can be up 70kw in a weekend. Compare that to any of the older NA designs and those numbers seem absolutely rediculous for the effort.
good stuff
Might have to come up to Sydney and check it out , awesome job. Let us know if you want to run the car at Phillip Island or Sandown.
Nice work Andrewand of course grub who did most the work. hanging to see this on track and turning some tyres at the drags, what's the bigger plan for this ? Circuit, hill climbs ,gymkhana or smiles on dials ?
Not sure why Sparesbox don’t even have an option to search for I30N parts or add to garage considering they are sponsoring this build?
Jeez mate easy with the music
What’s wrong with it?
How does one not located in Australia purchase from shockworks? They don't have a lot of info one their website.
Pop them an email or PM
@@MotiveVideo Word, interested in what they offer for the R32 GT-R. Thanks.
Yeah even just send a message to the Shockworks page on Facebook
The i30n facelift shaves 4kg per wheel, they switched suppliers to Fuchs wheels
Looking forward to the next video , can it be on the Track ?
Hi , I have a i30n performance l am putting Eibach pro kit performance spring 15mm on the front and rear would l need to camber adjustment. thanks keep up good work 👍
Is there a part 4?
Will you keep it in the traditional Renault Sport colours of black, yellow, white and grey?
Did you end up tracking the car how was it?
When are we going to see a budget rb26 build for the R32. You hinted at it a few years ago. Rods, Pistons, PRP brace, valve springs, MLS Headgasket, Studs. I know your sort of did this once but we all know how that ended. Would love to see the limits of a budget RB26 build without a defective piston. I would pay to see this content as its relatable. That's why I love stock bottom end series. I can relate to it with my GTR. Looking forward to see more GTR content.
We're waiting on CRD to build the engine. They have had it since November and our of our control. We've done multiple features on the prep of the car. There is also a build series on 3M Facebook page of the refurbishment though.
I didn’t know Luke Fink had a doppelgänger!
Pre cheeseburger addiction
Jesus Hawko. Why is Grub wearing a Beatles wig?
The guy at Hyundai said they make good brakes they didn't need any expensive brakes or seats.
What lap times is it doing on Track ?
I see it is a 1min 10.5sec Have you sold the i30N ?
Instead of sectioning a donut, could you've sectioned a bagel (without cream cheese)?
Fisherman "b" here HELLOOOOOO
6:44 those pins don’t slot through the pad?
I'm pretty sure they did mate
Looks like they are similar to the brembo’s. Pin through the caliper and the top plate holds pressure to keep it tight
Grub is amazing. Ps, 5 ads in a 10min video...
we still make less than 10% of what its costing to build these cars and make videos
asdf
Shame there was no conclusion to this series
we didn’t own the car and why we hate building any car we don’t own.
@@MotiveVideo oh no, you had brought it back from the dead and had built a monster! Seeing final numbers and some track time would have been ace. Still, the Yaris series is doing better anyway. You guys have good taste in cars.
The music was a little too hardcore.
