Having done a playthrough where Regidraco carried me, he certainly is available. Pre-E4 and even pre-Roxanne. You can get a Regidraco by random encounter on berry trees, and I'm *told* you can get Regielec from cutting trees, though I wasn't as lucky on that front to confirm it outright. They've got a 1% encounter rate so it's incredibly difficult, but the do exist.
I think Zacian's crowned sword doesn't work as well as Zamazenta's crowned shield since Zacian isn't as bulky, so the anger point part isn't as useful, it would definitely be better if it was replaced by an ability that works when you're on the offensive such as moxie
How they work in practice, FYI I will cover both forms despite fidough not going over them. Zacian: yeah nothing would change in the fact that it is going straight to ag, especially with the fact that due to everything it’s got alongside the meta of Ubers, it now actually has zero meta counters: Kyogre isn’t popular at all due to pdon, gira-o and kyurem blck being everywhere, alongside just being gutted by pixie slash if it is matched up with the wolf. Dusk mane isn’t popular at all due to the aforementioned and more such as yveltal being popular, and it gets ruined by flame tongue. Ho-oh is now part fairy and gets shredded by behemoth blade. Gira essentially has to sacrifice itself in order to meaningfully do something to it (wisp or dbond), making it VERY abusable for teammates like mega blastoise to go berserk. The best option that can actually check it is primal groudon…. But I don’t think it actually works… since I think behemoth blade does double damage to primals. I don’t know if this is mentioned… but apparently behemoth blade does double damage to at least megas, I’m not entirely sure in the specifics, but I faced off against Steven with a mega and noticed that whenever I didn’t mega, I survived the hit, however when I did, I died from full from behemoth blade, even though the mega became resistant to the move. If it can be confirmed by anyone, please do, and also find a way to confirm if behemoth blade also does that same double damage to primals. If I am right then pdon just gets gutted by steelworker, keen edge behemoth blade. So it and hero form are going straight to Ubers, since hero has all of those minus stab on the steel moves, but in exchange it can actually hold items. Zamazenta hero is definitely not seeing the light of day, it’s be too strong for ou yet would always be out done by crowned. As for crowned zama, it would have a small niche: Being a steel that actually could handle the likes of kyurem black and veltal reliably is useful, even the likes of magearna can’t handle the likes of fae hunter veltal that reliably, especially special boosting sets with heatwave. Granted it’s a steel that doesn’t resist fairy, but none of the other steels actually take on xerneas reliably anyway, even those that do resist it’s pixelate fairy aura boombursts get chunked for stupid amounts of damage, so it wouldn’t be that costly, the actual thing that holds it back is the fact that it lacks recovery, which the other steels don’t suffer from this problem

How can you access debug?? me personally after I finished the game and I discover that there's so many pokemon that unaccessible, I try random cheat codes based on the emerald cheat to find specific pokemon such as that, Zacian and Zamazenta
You will require the latest 2.1 version (debug) that you can download from game official website. Here a tutorial how to use it 1.start the game. Once all the professors dialogue get over and you are in actual ingame play through. 2.Then click B + start you will get many options. Among these options, you will find a option something called "give xyz". 3.After pressing "give xyz" ---> "give Pokemon" ----> Enter the ingame Pokemon code. 4. you will be able to find Pokemon ingame code from game official online pokedex. Donphan is also an amazing physical wall since it has the lets roll and stamina ability as well as the rocky helmet ability and cannot be crit, give it a rocky helmet and physical mons will just shred themselves, not good at taking special hits but its physical bulk is amazing and unlike zamazenta gets access to slack off (also is a ground type so only weak to grass and water)
