First see you have correct coolant for aluminum motors. Then check compression and ignition. Adjust the valves and check the fuel pressure and the air filter. THEN adjust the suction. A lot of job to build a tube checker so I built one with valves from old gas stoves and manometers I already had. BTW Check rubber houses for leaks.
Hi Sam, not at all buddy I actually installed some valves up the top to start with as I was worried the same thing would happen but removed them when it didn't. I had a lot of hose and draped it up over a step ladder to make sure nothing got sucked high enough. When I first did it one line shot up pretty quick but I cut the engine well before it got up near the top of my looped hose and adjusted that TB for less suction which sorted it out to balance across the others
@@twistedfatebuilds Thanks for responding so quickly. I'm gonna build using your design. It's cleaner than some of the other DIY designs on youtube. I think what I didn't understand until now is the effect of the common reservoir. If each tube had its own reservoir I think the fluid would in fact be sucked all the way up the tube. But because there's a common reservoir the different hoses are 'competing', in a sense, and so fluid can't be sucked all the way up the hose.
@@samslaby4882 No probs mate. I have seen them work by just linking the 4 tubes at the bottom too but I liked the resivor idea better so went that way and it works perfectly. Just make sure to leave a lot of tube and hang the loop up high in case you have a TB that's way out of sync as it it suck it up quickly. If it's really bad you can always bench sync them first to get close then finish on the manometer
Dude....bike is beautiful! Really hate that the exhaust is blocking that beautiful rear wheel. That's a good focal point of those bikes. Just my opinion. Great video
Thanks for the comment William 🙏 the OEM was only stuck on there to pass it's roadworthy inspection then quickly horse kicked straight off for a right hand conversion pipe and S100RR TERMI shorty I had already sitting patiently waiting. You'll see this in my later vids 😉
Hi there, not sure why this is happening? You can add restrictors to the line with adjustable taps or filters to add resistance but I didn't have this issue so not 100% sure sorry.

Thanks man I did one for my Honda cbr 1000rr and yeah, it runs perfect.
Awesome buddy, I still have it going as I run it over the K1100 every now and then to make sure everything's still good. 😉
Where did you get the little black and blue valves in the tube there?
From our local hardware store (Bunnings) buddy. They are for irrigation drip systems

Does there need to be some sort of relief valve in the system to avoid sucking the ATF all the way up the hose and into the engine?

will water work instead of ATF? i thought water is heavier than ATF
@@EvendimataE Not sure to be honest buddy but everyone seems to use this due to its viscosity

really good mate 😁 good one 😁😎
Thanks Larry, actually had to pull it out again the other day to check the K and happy to report it's still working perfectly 😉
Good video!
Thanks buddy 😉 She is still working perfectly I've only just re balanced the TB's again after giving the injectors another clean out 💪
Me podría ayudar , no he podido con este sistema , el liquido me llega al motor por lo que me toca apagarlo , cual seria la solución

Wich back rims are you using in your bike
It's a k1200LT mate. Direct swap for the tri spoke
$30 Au is 1cent US. I am laughing and crying at the same time realizing this is a three year old video. That's Bidenomics working, right?
Why are you being political on a UA-cam video about synching carbs? You probably know very little about either subject.
