Also a good tip for the tubing... Throw it in the clothes dryer on med setting for about 3 minutes. Softens and straightens the hose out so it's not a curled up from the spool.
Hey man! Great video! This is exactly what you want to find when you search for "how to make carb sync tool". We need more videos like this, basic level. I tried to sync my carbs with normal vacuum gages, but I find it hard to get it good since the needle is bouncing all over the place. But with this tool it seems really easy and exact! Would be fun to see when u use it. Cheers bro
eric sanden i agree with you it seems like every other video you see when you search for this is just a video of the device in use not on how to build one but i actually found this very helpful i made one almost exactly like it i just used cardboard instead of wood for the backing

Jesse White acctually I remember now, it's not pretty but you literally need to put on side of the vynil tube into the ATS fluid and then suck back the clear end of the tube until you get the amount needed into the tube

@@stefanmelmak Ok. Tylko jak się ogląda te wszystkie filmy, to większość tych silników nie pracuje równo tym bardziej kiedy regulują gaźniki. W przypadku gsr-a jest łatwiej bo ma silnik na wtrysku i tutaj komputer będzie wspomagał utrzymywanie równej pracy poprzez map sensor, czujnik położenia przepustnic i czujnik obrotów. Regulowałem gaźnikówe i wtryskowe japońce przez 10 lat. Nie mówię że nie masz doświadczenia ale oglądają te filmy ludzie co będą to robić pierwszy raz i będą przeświadczeni że jest to słuszna droga. Pozdrawiam

How did you get the AT fluid into the tubes after connecting everything? Just funnel it down the 6 foot tube or some other trick?

@@maciek600r I built it the same. I synced my suzuki GSF1200 to carburetors, and it goes beautifully.
