    It was amazing, very informative from start to finish. A good reminder that age doesn't matter, only knowledge and experience.

    I don't think I've ever heard anyone talk about this except Lisa Mosconi, who heads Cornell's Alzheimer's research institute. She is Italian and points out that centuries of refinement went into the Mediterranean diet.

      We own books from Roman times! And books 2,000 years older than that. The story doesn't change.
