Hi everyone! I'm talking a lot about the hurricane in this video, but my family and I are safe! I recorded this last week before the storm, but it's passed over us now & we are okay here! I got jungle adventures when it was free - i dont suppose you'd fancy doing a build using *just* the packs & kits you could've gotten for free over the years (I've never paid for a pack and ive got: Romantic Garden, My first pet, Luxury Party, Jungle Adventure, Holiday Celebration, Fashion street kit, Blooming rooms, Backyard stuff. Glad to hear you're safe!
Same here! I do have some other packs however, although I bought them with EA gift cards that I got as presents so...technically I haven't paid for any packs I have😅
I have all the same packs (sad I missed desert lux) I would love it if she did a free packs only build. Some people will use the hashtags freepacks or freepacksonly to make their builds easier to find. I'm one of them lol, my builds are alright. But of course now that the gallery filter is fixed you could just select packs I own. But more ways to search are better, right? (Maybe)

Always good to see her building other building styles (specially non north American/European ones). Also Kayla, when building latin/arabic buildings don't be afraid of using tiles im the rest of the house (specially in the outside walls) they are no just for kitchens and bathrooms when they come on these kinda packs. It's really pretty to use them as the main outside wallpaper, it's a very commom thing all over these architectures
get to work is actually secretly great for community lots because of all the items like the bathroom stuff that's perfect for public places. I always end up using it!

I know living in Florida you guys are probably used to and understand the precautions needed waaay better than I do for tropical storms and hurricanes but I feel like I'm always saying "I really hope Kayla and her loved ones are safe and okay" every time I hear hurricanes are headed your way! I absolutely love Jungle Adventure. The build/buy stuff is gorgeous, and I love exploring the jungle and temple. The golden frogs are just too cute too! ❤

I really enjoy it when you get out of your comfort zone! I never would have thought of using the GTW tv in a bar back like that if it weren’t for this video… but now it’s a trick I think I’m actually going to use in the future. Please do more random pack builds. It’s really enjoyable to watch.
Luxury Party and Star Wars would go great together. You could do an incredibly metropolitan Cloud City build. Frankly any Bespin build would be amazing. The real problem there would be you can't handle round walls.
I find it so funny you went for a pool bar I would have never thought of that with this combination of packs, my first thought was museum with all the collectibles from Salvadorada and Sulani or maybe a fancy house for an explorer like Indiana Jones or Lara Croft X3
Speaking of crocodiles. When my brother was a baby my parents lived with my grandparents in Florida. They lived next to a lake. There was a "log" floating in the lake that my grandmother would use as a reference point to see how far she could swim with my brother and how close she could get to it. Turns out it was a crocodile
I absolutely adore how this build turned out. The vibrant colors and jungle vibe really sing here. I especially love the lounge singer and pool croc. Also, I love that you included the parapet wall on top of the flat roof. That is much more realistic than an absolutely flat roof. Roofs aren't usually truly flat. They typically have a low wall around them, hiding all the mechanical equipment on top, including plumbing vents. They also typically have a very slight slope, directing water to roof drains. Hop into Google Maps and spend some time in satellite view, looking at "flat" roofed buildings. They all have parapet walls. Truly fun build and I love the blue!
Jungle Adventure is so fun genuinely The build is a bit lacking but the buy is so packed with amazing things I love that picnic table bc it looks worn and I love it

On PC mods can make vacation worlds have be residential. It's pretty cool, I've only made one of the homes be residental kn the world so far. Two sims who had archeology as their aspirations. Don't forget when exploring the temple to pack the always has a snack bag too because it's great

I'm so glad that you guys are safe! We are on the Gulf coast and our area was devastated by Helene and now Milton! Schools are still closed and most people still don't have power. Also still lots of flooding! Hoping for a quiet rest of the hurricane season!!!

Simsie can’t help the fact that all the good swatches, regardless of packs, are blue. I genuinely enjoy this build and all of her blue builds. Tbf my favorite color is blue so I’m a little biased but this is incredible and I’m for sure gonna download it 😂

a fun challenge could be to record to voiceover/video of u describing the build BEFORE you build- so as u build i have to try to match what you’re saying but can’t go back to change/add anything !
I used to do debug of the week. I need to get off my laziness and start it up again. Jungle adventure even if you don't do the entire thing is fun because just the archaeological aspect is cool plus $$$. It also has the culture aspiration. I think it's an overlooked pack
i use that jungle adventure table all the time because i like the old look, like its been sitting outside for years? but i NEVER noticed the carvings?? thats so cute??
I genuinely really enjoy Jungle Adventure. In one save I'm trying to reach a million simoleons by selling artifacts I uncover. I also like adding in the bits and bobs as decorations in my older legacies to use up money and add to the collections that the family has grown over time.
Try doing it but with the base game being a choice too. As example if u got 5 random choices that doesn’t include base games, you don’t use base game furniture or anything like that.

i honestly ADORE the gameplay for jungle adventure. It's actually hard, not too repetitive, and the treasures/artifacts are so fun.
