When I was 17 I working in jungle making traditional charcoal it took few hours to get there walking because this is damn huge jungle so we just bring important stuff we can carry come back to village once a week, the first day first thing human with common sense do is make proper shelter. Using coconut leaf as our roof, I never get wet sleeping in peace. And this people waste time chilling like it's a holiday knowing they have stupid shelter and no food
How does anyone like him? He flashed the camp, he wasted cooking oil, he didn’t let Jane use the fire, he told her to be careful in case of the cold after forcing her into it. He acted like he never did a single thing that was out of line.
It has taken them til now to attempt to build better shelter...but not even finish it. No real sense of determination to get the job done. Aran is determined and knows the shit in life, he's the man.
So that's 2 cheating moves so far; Firstly emergency crew started a fire when contestants couldn't and now haha, a giant tarpaulin over their heads! What's next, delivering few portable tiny wooden houses with barbecue sets?
Probably the worst prepare I've ever seen... all of them just take the small amount that they need just now. None of them spend the remaining time to make reserves or improve the camp. Well there was, he was voted off the isle 😂
It's bittersweet when people say they'll never take things for granted again. It is just a feeling, not a real thing people are capable of and it quickly passes. Caveat to the terminally I'll that recover. Some of them are serious.

@@_earthvisitor333 yeah they couldve done much more to prepare. That's they point though people who'd wanna do this are probably more prepared and wouldn't be as entertaining to watch fail as these "average joes"
It's so easy to say "just make this" or "why wouldn't you x" when you're at home, warm, dry, rested, and fed. It's so different to actually be there in it, in conditions you're not used to, with people you really don't know that well and might not have chosen to be with in the first place.
It's difficult for sure. But making a good shelter that's not in a flooding area. And having some raised beds is not impossible. They had energy to have countless discussions and sunbathing.
Somethings are just supposed to be common sense. That is why Bear was having this experiment in the first place. To see if people can focus on what matters. Some people have no survival sense. A good work ethic also goes a long way, but it can also completely fail if you do not do the right things. If we one day get out there and starve to death, we might also get completely retarded as you need fuel to think straight.
It seems, given the rain, that creating shelters in the rock faces beats palm fronds and beach mud.Dry wood is obviously crucial. There has to be some caves or ledges to at least build off of. The rain is a hardship, but it beats the hell out of a New England winter.Back in my 20's ,I survived months of wind and cold with nominal heat, where everything turns into ice in a half hour. I know which I'd choose, and in this situation what I'd be remembering. Personally, I think it's a little silly to be worrying about the tarp; they arrived in hurricane season, after all.
Glad to see that Karen and Jane swallowed their pride, appologized and with humility re-joined the group. Aaron's backstory is truly heartbreaking. Fighting his way out of grief is so commendable. Hope he's been able to make connections and continue moving forward after this experience ended.
21:45 is the rain out of an parallel universe? she say: "...no water..." she got: a poncho directly behind her which is constantly filled with fresh water what's wrong with her?
I don't want to be annoying, but Jane and Karen's place should be next to Phil. In another society, let's say a feudal one, Jane and Karen would have been burned at the stake. In fact, I know a lot of countries where they would not have good days, some even in Europe.
Not really.. Those are actually the people that make people burn on the stake. To get what they want. Dumb people, but just enough intelligence to be able to manipulate other dumb people into what ever they want.
Technically everyone that quit in this episode as a group failed this challenge, with the exception of Alan. This show would get more respect if they had stricter rules since this is a survival challenge after all. You either dont quit and make it or you quit

How pathetic they were given a giant R.V. tarp cause they could not build a proper shelter in four weeks as a group!
I liked Phil…he just kept to himself..people don’t like you when you’re your own person
How does anyone like him? He flashed the camp, he wasted cooking oil, he didn’t let Jane use the fire, he told her to be careful in case of the cold after forcing her into it. He acted like he never did a single thing that was out of line.
Of course her name is Karen! Lol. Phil the guy they hated could have saved them all with a burning fire and a proper shelter!
It has taken them til now to attempt to build better shelter...but not even finish it. No real sense of determination to get the job done.
Aran is determined and knows the shit in life, he's the man.
its so hard to make rational decisions when yur starving...one good meal and everyones shaggin each other
So that's 2 cheating moves so far;
Firstly emergency crew started a fire when contestants couldn't and now haha, a giant tarpaulin over their heads!
What's next, delivering few portable tiny wooden houses with barbecue sets?
Probably the worst prepare I've ever seen... all of them just take the small amount that they need just now. None of them spend the remaining time to make reserves or improve the camp. Well there was, he was voted off the isle 😂
Funny part ,anyone hasnt tried any simple hunting wepons like spears, bow n arrows, some bil hooks for hunting.why?
"There is not that much water in the fucking world!"
Mother Nature: And I took that personally.
"Get me off this fucking island..."
How are they never building Traps, evolving their Shelter, find a proper Watersource, catch rainwater properly, just why :D
It's bittersweet when people say they'll never take things for granted again. It is just a feeling, not a real thing people are capable of and it quickly passes.
Caveat to the terminally I'll that recover. Some of them are serious.
12:25 "my partner in crime" - *So True!*
what a brilliant show ! Sooo much better than say......BIG BROTHER !?? ( not that I ever watched 1 single episode of that ).But Not judging any of these guys , when your on your own and out there in those conditions ? I guess It can affect your mind.great show Bear.
i don't get it, why has nobody a raised bed, preparations or water storing systems from the rain ?? they are waiting for a miracle in between , gosh this was the most annoying season by far......
They also could've dug a trench to redirect water away from their camp.
@@fs5miFi1dM4u5 i saw they did that a bit when the storm came. But instead of chilling around like the most did, they could've prepared for the rainfalls and organize instead of fighting like children. It's not fair, when there are people out there who would die to do this kind of experience
@@_earthvisitor333 yeah they couldve done much more to prepare. That's they point though people who'd wanna do this are probably more prepared and wouldn't be as entertaining to watch fail as these "average joes"
Trained police officer threatening assault? Says it all.
don't forget she also ran an illegal kangaroo court!
It's so easy to say "just make this" or "why wouldn't you x" when you're at home, warm, dry, rested, and fed.
It's so different to actually be there in it, in conditions you're not used to, with people you really don't know that well and might not have chosen to be with in the first place.
These guys have done nothing but lay about moan and get fed shit from the producers. Most uneventful series to date on here.
And when you also have to add drama for views
They don't know me son
Hope he's been able to make connections and continue moving forward after this experience ended.
only cause they wanted some food
Karen is a karen. Would have been better if the other had voted them out!!
These bullies dont deserve anything good.
You'd think the british are used to rain...
21:45 is the rain out of an parallel universe?
she say: "...no water..."
she got: a poncho directly behind her which is constantly filled with fresh water
what's wrong with her?
I don't want to be annoying, but Jane and Karen's place should be next to Phil. In another society, let's say a feudal one, Jane and Karen would have been burned at the stake. In fact, I know a lot of countries where they would not have good days, some even in Europe.
Not really.. Those are actually the people that make people burn on the stake. To get what they want. Dumb people, but just enough intelligence to be able to manipulate other dumb people into what ever they want.
Nice view of Beach.. that's price to pay. Flood. And furthermore.. Real Jane in the end 😂
Technically everyone that quit in this episode as a group failed this challenge, with the exception of Alan. This show would get more respect if they had stricter rules since this is a survival challenge after all. You either dont quit and make it or you quit
