I started with comb coils but I wish I would be freeformed. It's cheaper for one thing abd I don't have to weaken my roots by retwisting. I have two strand twist because my hair is very curly. But have to get it retwisted 3 to 4 weeks cause of my good hair 😫 but this is the option that I chose and I’m loving it. There are some UA-camrs who started with two strand like West Indie Rae and her locs came out beautiful.
