      No. There are no specific poses to increase blood flow. Please check with your doctor about it.

    I have really severe periods, but this was awesome to do after the worst days, when I could finally get out of bed and move around! It was so nice to stretch after being bed-ridden for two days. Thank you :)

    Thank you so much for this practice! I usually do your 8 minute video for menstrual cramps but this one was really nice since I didn't have severe cramps. I loved the breathing exercise at the end as well. 🙏🏾🕉❤️

    Beautiful session! I lowered the pace down to 0.75 speed and found it has suit my breathing better. Super calm and relaxed after this :) Thank you!

      I felt that too. Speed is a little faster, we need to relax while doing yoga. I'll also try again at lower speed. Thanks.

    I LOVED THIS PRACTICE. I finally completed the entire video today. I adde warrior lunges to tone my legs up. loved the stretches at the end and the nostril breathing and the REASONS WHY . I did feel the beginning salutations were too fast for me. I had to pause and rewind to hear what you said and keep up.
    Altogether like your video and energy. Namaste

    I've done these poses many times but never felt so relaxing. Nd I used to avoid doing yoga during periods but thanks to you your explanation and way of doing is too good. Even more than many experts 🙏 happy guru purnima, thank you for making my day. I'm feeling better and pain got reduced.

    This is most comfortable yoga that I've seen on UA-cam....I tried many yoga during periods but this one is best and effective....I was feeling nauseous due to periods now I'm feeling totally fine. Also by doing this generates sweats which also burns calories not breathing problems. Thank you soo much!!❤❤

    I did it during my periods.. I felt calmness in my mind and back. I have a request can you please remove the ad from in between.. it's doesn't feels very pleasant when you are doing yoga and an ad pops in between 🙁

    I do yoga practice daily but I don’t do anything during periods , only very low intensity and gentle pranayam I do . But in this session she is even doing surya namaskar which I would avoid but initial stretching I loved , so you can decide as per your body type , my body don’t like high intensity during that time.

    Great work again Rashmi,On the occasion of Guru purnima,I want to thank you for your great efforts. For a quiet while I m practicing yoga,since then I have been trying videos from different channels,until I came across your channel. After watching your videos,I was so very touched, that i haven't followed any other channel. Also I would like to share one more thing, you have made me strong,n I can feel it, initially I could hardly finish 24 Surya namaskar from 108 Surya namaskar video, now I can complete 108 Surya namaskar in one go,and it has really made me happy.
    Still there is a lot more to learn from you.

      No nothing of that sort is true. Infact over exercise and exertion reduces the flow.
