Hey rashmi i have been following you since 1 year but one thing i must say that i haven't seen any other yoga channel like yours. Your work is just tremendous. And the very good thing about yours is how neatly you explain breathing way in each and every step. But i have a issue whenever i do squats my knees started getting hurt. It's not like i don't do in correct way i follow all your instructions. Should i continue doing squats or not? One more thing could you please upload video on double chin related issue🙏🙏🙏
You might have a knee injury and it's best to avoid squats or not go too low if your knees hurt while doing them. I used to run marathons and my knees started to give way and whenever I did squats and lunges my right knee would hurt.. So sometimes even if your form is right, there might be some underlying issue with your knee. rest your knees for a few days and then try gentle squats. Also thank you for all the love! :)

Hi Rashmi, I totally enjoyed this segment of openers and stretches. I cld not manage one or two of them but overall it was quite manageable. Hip stretches is something that I had been really wanting to workout on and learnt many new variations of stretches in your video. I would really like you to put up a video of stretches for classical dancers. My 12 yr old is learning and she often has sore legs and thighs after her practices.
You could ask her to try out the video on yoga for flexibility. there are a lot of stretches in that video. I am also a classical dancer and everytime after class I couldn't feel my legs anymore :)

This was beautiful..I needed it.. Need some recommendations for more hips and inner/outer thigh Yogasanas..I have sitting job and even after doing some stretches at work at the end of the day I feel very stiff, specially the lower body..thanks for all you do.
Hello :) you could try any of the vinayasa flow videos to ensure you are moving and feel stretched out. There's also some videos for flexibility. You could try those.

Those are backbends not comparable to leg stretches. For upavishta konasana I would just massage and relax the hamstrings or get into a butterfly pose to stretch more.

I’m 35 and after my delivery there was a rectal tear for me had stitches (5 years back ) I can’t hold my bowl movement in the morning as soon as I get up, i have fat in tights and hip area .. can I do this hip openers
Well, my hips stretshed badly when I did surya, and I c that these moves are similar to surya.Is there any other varistion easier for surya that I can start with?
