I've just woke up at 5 am CAT to do this workout. I'm alternating this with a leg workout from pierre's elite performance. Mark my words, by the end of this year, I WILL WIN. Day 1: just barely made it through
1: controlled push-ups
2: plank knee ins (flex your abs)
3: extended plank ups (arms out in front)
4: Russian twists (rotate at torso)
5: stretch and rest (stay focused)
6: staggered push-ups ( alternate sides)
7: chest sit-ups (fly with the crunch)
8: yoga press-ups(fluid movement)
9: heel taps (keep chest elevated)
10: stretch and rest (halfway there keep pushing)
11: double pump press (full chest squeeze)
12: side crunches ( squeeze obliques)
13: chest squeeze (hold the contractions)
14: side crunches ( squeeze obliques)
15: stretch and rest (final rest )
16: negative press ups ( 3sec negative)
17: bodyweight crunches (keep breath full)
18: plank up downs( keep spine neutral)
19: lying leg raises (lift hips at the top)
20: L sit cross punch (be explosive)
