This is a good routine. It’s surprising how effective a 10 or 20 minute blast can be. It’s not the duration, it’s the intensity. There’s no excuse for not being able to do a routine like this. Thanks for the video Fraser!
As a girl this was very hard. It made me realize I should be working out my chest a lot more. I haven’t struggled with a video in a long time so I’m definitely making this my goal video.

day 1: my arms gave out at the last 2 pushups at the end, had to take 2 extra breaks so i could keep up, looking forward to the results i plan on doing this for a month.

Do sum cardio.. The abbs grow and get hard but is hidden below that thin layer of fat.. So u needa burn it out.. But not too much cuz u could kill ur gains.
Mostly felt this in my arms (mainly triceps and shoulders from all the pushups) but I did do arms yesterday so maybe that’s part of the reason I feel it in my arms more. But I also hardly felt it in my chest and I only felt it in my abs at the side crunches and heel taps.
After coming in a humiliating low place in my first SUP race, I really need to build myself a paddle athlete's body - I'm going to try and use this routine and do better next season!
I could not get past the third one. I’m already feeling beat! Of course I don’t expect to be able to do this in my first try. But any tips for beginners?
