    Who else got into a better shape during lockdown with Fraser’s help? P.S. After doing this 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks I feel a positive change. It was very had to do this set at first, but now it is done easily.

      Yeahh dudee i just finished it and im tried as hell!! I may also have skiped some seconds while doing it my abs hurt so much and i can't breathe!! My school is closed for 2 months for summer vacation i need to get decent abs and chest within 2 months 😩💪😏

    This is a good routine. It’s surprising how effective a 10 or 20 minute blast can be. It’s not the duration, it’s the intensity. There’s no excuse for not being able to do a routine like this. Thanks for the video Fraser!

    As a girl this was very hard. It made me realize I should be working out my chest a lot more. I haven’t struggled with a video in a long time so I’m definitely making this my goal video.

      Don't think you can do bruh he's a professional and his capacity is 20-25 times a normal person, Your breath will fade if you do this in one go 😂,

    day 1: my arms gave out at the last 2 pushups at the end, had to take 2 extra breaks so i could keep up, looking forward to the results i plan on doing this for a month.

    He made it look it so damn easy in those 10 min... Its gonna take me probably 30+min to even complete these whole series of exercises.. I think I'm a die whole doing this... but there's a saying nahhhh... NO PAIN NO GAIN !!!!!

    I have been doing the ab exercises since 6 months from Beginner-Intermediat-Advanced-Intense
    But no abs still now and got body built except abs

      Do sum cardio.. The abbs grow and get hard but is hidden below that thin layer of fat.. So u needa burn it out.. But not too much cuz u could kill ur gains.

    Mostly felt this in my arms (mainly triceps and shoulders from all the pushups) but I did do arms yesterday so maybe that’s part of the reason I feel it in my arms more. But I also hardly felt it in my chest and I only felt it in my abs at the side crunches and heel taps.
