For those who are planning to get 6 pack abs then this video will surely help but of course you have to change your diet as well. I did this abs workout every night before I sleep even if I goes to gym 6x a day. I’m also in calorie deficit and pretty much eating high volume of protein each meal. And that’s it, finally got my 6 pack after 2 months of discipline. Don’t give up, ya’ll got this!
I don’t understand the whole calorie deficit and protein stuff like what kind of meals would you recommend? I’ve cut back to only eating dinner now and I mean I’m only 158 but I’m trying to go back to at least 140
@@gabrielmoncada6616 cut back your carbs, 1/4 proteen 1/4 carbs and 1/2 veg, stick to this for every meal and it will work, also keep active, 5km walk every day and you will see results, has worked for me

Guys trust me these workouts work!! I’ve been doing this for maybe 2 weeks now. My 6packs are way a head of my friends who start way longer than me. TRUST HIM!
idk what workout to do. for abs.. There is so many abs workout but idk which one is effective.. since the gym is close, my only option is abs workout :p/.
bro I’m not gonna lie, I tried your workout back in 2020 and could barely do it. Today, 2023, I was able to do the whole thing and I could even do it again!! 🎉 if you’re reading this now: NEVER GIVE UP!! Everyone has their timing
Ok here’s your reality check guys: I started doing this workout 16 months ago (a year and a half) and I’ve only just got my 6 pack. I’ve been incredibly consistent, and my diet was alright (did this 6 times a week) And it’s not 100% defined yet. Here’s my advice. Struggle. The more you struggle the more your muscles tear and therefore muscle tissue is made. I was struggling with this workout for about 2 and a half months. As it started getting easier I started skipping the rests completely. And at the 6 months mark, I started doing this workout twice with 2 min breaks in between. At the 1 year mark, when that got easy I incorporated another 7 min an workout video intro my routine. What do you learn from this? Make it hard on you. And don’t rest between sets, grind it out. And when it gets easy, make it hard by skipping rests or adding to your routine. And even after you do all this, it’s still gonna take at least 8 months to get a complete 6 pack (if your starting out relatively skinny. Anyone is able to do this but it takes dedication and self-displine, if you want abs it don’t tell yourself you can get it in a month or 2 cause that’s not possible for the average human. This workout is one of the best on UA-cam for core, but it still took me a year and half to get abs, you should start seeing your upper abs develop in the 2nd month. Anyways start this workout in a time that’s good for you and come back and do it the very next day at that exact time. Your gonna sweat, your gonna grit your teeth, but it’s gonna be worth it (especially in a pool party or the locker room) What I’m trying to say? It’s HARD to get abs, but definitely worth it, so do what I did and if you need to, follow my routine! Just don’t give up and good luck!
I have been doing this for over 30 days. I have done three days straight then a day break. Overall 30 days of exercise (not including breaks). I noticed a slight change in a few days. Then nothing for about 2 weeks. But I started seeing a slight difference in my sides. Then a few days later my stomach. Then at the end, I looked again and saw an amazing, almost unbelievable difference. I’m 20, and this has made some belly fat reduce and the muscles grow. So even if you feel you are not improving, keep going. Your body will change in time. And the more you put in, the more it gives back. So yes, this does work, and whilst you do need to be skinny (the more the better), don’t worry if you have some belly fat. This has still been successful to me by far!
ShadowGame Yeah, I feel u.. I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks and start to notice the flat belly now.. Flat belly is alright for me, abs is in the far future
ive been doing this after my workout 2-3 days a week, defo been seeing results! big up! Update: abs are really starting to show, espeically after the workout is complete. Update 2: i can see my abs almost all the time now, this workout really pays off! Be sure to keep a diet with a low sugar intake tho. Update 3: For everyone asking, im not sticking to a specific diet, all im doing is cutting down on my added sugar intake. Fruits and so on are okay. My abs show all the time now.
My husband and I have been doing this for a month 3x a week and the core strength we’ve developed (not to mention definition) has been so awesome! Thanks for making such a great video!
Gimme motivation: 1 like = 1 day of doing this Update: 1 Week in and I'm going strong, I can see slight outlines Update 2: Since y'all keep asking, I am still going, they're pretty noticable now, I have skipped two or three days due to schoolwork though
I've been doing this for almost a month now and I'm getting quite some progress. In short: It does work. Now stop reading the comments and do it already
I've been doing this workout every day for 6 months and i've never been so fit, both physically and mentally. Thank you so much and to everybody here, you got this!
@@gunshotprogaming4527 yep, the only 'workouts' that might pose a threat to developing teenagers would be pulling heavy weights, this video only uses calisthenics (your own body weight) so you'll be fine. Good luck!
I have followed your workouts for years now!! You have been here for the VERY start of my journey. For example, I was 12 when I started working out and eating better and doing your routines. Now I’m 15 years old going on to 16 in October!! That is how long I’ve been here. when I had a ton of body fat and wanted to lose weight. I did your ab workouts every single day (followed by other workouts as well, obviously) but it has come to the point that you have helped me lose the fat. I can’t put into words on how different I am since then, but when I started I had “Love handles” that would stick out from the top of my shorts if I didn’t pull them up, and now being this far into my journey, love handles are gone and I have a six pack now! Getting more and more defined. And here I am, still doing your ab workout till this day. I love you man. Keep up the great work
Jamal Goodman that’s odd, because most of the videos I found before this guy involves like a 5 minute explanation before each individual exercise. I don’t mind a explanation before an exercise if I never did it before but sometimes I’m just looking for a new routine. Perhaps it all has to do with how you phrase your search, than again maybe UA-cam’s search algorithm just likes to mess with us!
No breaks? Man you not lying about “abs guaranteed” great workout! Edit #1: I have been doing this workout twice a week and have lost 5 lbs, my 6 pack is slowly coming in but it is not toned yet. I will start doing this workout twice a day 5 days a week (the workout has gotten easier for my core) and I will be back to update you guys in a few weeks. Edit #2: I didn’t keep my promise of twice a day lol, I did it 3 times a week and I’m 4 more pounds down. That may be partly because I cut down on calories daily. My abs are more toned than a few weeks ago. Final Edit. I did this workout every day for 22 days straight after my last edit and umm yea my abs completely show now, I’ve gotten compliments from friends so I know It’s not just me. I also cut down about 13 lbs total from when I started but that’s partly because I was doing a lot of cardio playing soccer. Combining this workout with eating a lot of protein and doing cardio worked well.
Exactly but remember Netflix plus sitting on your ass is some how more rewarding lol Seriously 10 minutes is nothing for the amount of time we are awake for a drop of water in an ocean of time Plus it seriously feels rewarding
I was in Thailand last week, and at the gym I saw a russian guy performing a very advanced abs scheme; he had killer abs, you could have played the piano on his abs! I couldn’t help but comment his program and congratulate him for the result! He was kind enough to share this link with me, saying that this was the schedule he had been using for three years! I will start today! ❤

Yeah. Also it’s kinda annoying that so many people say “Every like is a day I will do this workout”. And how does someone clicking a virtual thumbs up button supposed to motivate you to workout?

Ethan Hawkins Question! Did you alternate videos if you used any? And how frequently did you do these exercises or in other words what was your routine? I’ve been doing this for about almost a week now, I plan on doing this video at least once everyday and hoping to head over to the gym every now and then. Sorry for the questions just important to me... thank you
@@Adri-N Basically if you are Overweight then focus on cardio and diet and dont bother working abs because it is a waste of time. But if you are down to the point where you can begin to see them in the right lighting or if you tense really hard you should start doing exercises such as the ones shown in this video while maintaining the healthy diet. Honestly though I saw more results when I started going to the gym to build muscle, I was expecting to get bigger and have less defined abs but I got bigger and my abs got more defined. So honestly just work your whole body in the gym while eating healthy food and before long you'll have that body. Goodluck man

I have done these exercises for about 3 months and I’m really happy with the result. My abs are now visible and I have a V-shape too. I did this for 2 times a week with 3 set of this routine. Also, I did about 100 sit ups everyday that I need to train my other body parts. My suggest is that if you want more fast result, you should do 15 minutes cardio at the end of the exercise. Sorry for my bad English Hope this help you guys ^^
@@DKFBETHEROCKET I think I'm lean because I have went to the gym for 4 months before I did these exercises so my abs already show up but just hard to see. And after did these exercises, my muscles came clearly
@Unvoke Epiids just keep up with this good workout. However, you should do this workout 3 times a week so your muscle can have some rest and recover. Also, you should take care more about your eating plan and do some cardio will help burn fat much faster. Hope this will help you
Unvoke Epiids I said 3 set of this routines, I mean that I finish these exercises and rest for 2 minutes and start again and rest and then start again. If you want to build six packs abs, you must train intensely. However, if you want to build your dream body, you must training your whole body, too. Good luck !

Starting today. I'm gonna come back to this comment during Fall and will let you know if I've gotten a six pack yet. Like for extra motivation? ❤️ Update(9/27): Unfortunately, I wasn't that consistent with the workout and my diet was pretty bad. As of now, I have something close to a 4 pack. But I'm still going and won't give up no matter how long it takes!!!
I will be here man I actually can't wait to see what happens I'm starting today, just remember no matter what happens, no matter where you are, no matter what you're going through, NEVER GIVE UP!
Yes if you do the inhailing and the exhailing in the good order. Then the six pack garanteed. But otherwise...no chance, altough those exercises are in the advanced level.
I started this ab routine over a month ago and have seen incredible results not only in my physical appearance but in the endurance my abs have obtained as well. When I first started, I felt like I had been hit by a truck after the 10 minutes was over. Now, I am completing the 10 minutes, resting for a couple more minutes and doing the routine all over again. I have tweaked it a little, replacing a few exercises with ones that I feel I can get a better contraction with but overall this is an awesome workout for anyone who’s serious about strengthening their core. Also, consistency is key!
gurkan karacan I am no expert when it comes to physical fitness but I do believe this, combined with a good diet will help you achieve a six pack. I’ve been doing this routine 6 days a week and it has so far worked out very well for me.

1000 subscribers on UA-cam with no vids challenge No, go on a diet if you are under 18 don’t do it all day cuz you have to grew, You can’t get it only with this workout. Run or bike like 30 min 4/5 days and take a break 1/2 days.
Been a while since I’ve done this. But went for a very late night sprint training session and did this afterward, next to an abandoned town hall in the country, at 12:45 AM, with Frank Sinatra playing from my car. Genuinely very enjoyable. Thank you for this, best ab workout on UA-cam!
Just started this workout on Saturday, one of my teammates sent it to me cuz he said it was really good and keeping him in shape since we can’t swim, so I tried it out. The first day I did it I thought it was pretty easy. I woke up the next morning a little sore and surprised. So I did it again and again and just finished my 4th day. Let me just say that this is a really good workout and gets harder each day the more sore you are. Awesome workout!
Zac H I only do it once a day with my regular workout, but you can literally just do this workout by yourself once a day every day and you’ll have abs very shortly, as long as your eating right as well. Definitely just do it once a day, when it starts getting easy after a few weeks then do it twice a day or do it twice back to back to make it more challenging. I’m not a pro but that’s what I’d do.
As a girl finding painful and actually difficult workouts can be hard so I started leaning more towards ones done by men and honestly, they are so good, my 6 pack was really showing. I like how much it burned, I rarely got the really painful burning off workouts unless I did them a few times but this one was perfect for me!
you breath in and out, contracting your abs while keeping the lower back attached to the floor to keep it tense. suck in your stomach as you inhale, and release as you exhale :DD hope that helps
I’m only 11 but I’ve started to work out, my grandma for my birthday gave me a hundred bucks at the first thing I did was buy 5 pound weights, I’ve made a routine that I’m going to start today, I’m planning to implement in in right now, for those of you asking why, it’s because of how much looks matter, I’ve decided to workout to make my physical physique much better, it’s quite sickening how much looks matter nowadays, but hey! Enough of the gloomy shit, great workout! Keep up the great work!

Whoa a little too fast of a start, could you make a 15 minute intro about how you came up with this workout during your journey in the alpines before you go into it next time?
@Matteo Gillen don't trust him. You can't workout everyday cuz: 1) your body needs rest 2)again your body needs rest and if you workout everyday you will hurt your body,in all senses. About rest day(s) it depends on you. If you are a beginner 2-3 are okay but you can even workout 6 days(20-30 mins per day) and one rest
Being doing this workout and his other bodyweight one back to back everyday this week. Really gets me going. Aching all over but I can do with only 2 breaks now. Will update next week.
I’m almost 12 and I want to try this so that the kids at my school stop calling me twig and bullying me. I will be updating my progress every day for a month. See you in a few when I’m done with today’s! Current weight: 70 lbs Day 1: It was really hard to do but I pulled through decently and I’m ready for tomorrow. Day 2: I thankfully remembered to do this again because of someone replying to the comment (thanks) but I will say that this time I understood the exercises a lot more and I’ve added some weight lifting into my exercise. See you tomorrow! (If you want to reply something tomorrow so I don’t forget) Day 3: Thanks for all of the support and replies guys, tomorrow is my Birthday so I’m going out to eat at Red Robin tonight. Since that’s going to be some unhealthy food I’m going to add on 10 push-ups and sit ups in a row to the exercise today. See you guys on my birthday tomorrow! Day 4: Today was my birthday so I went on break and skipped today. Thanks for all of your support, see you tomorrow Day 5: After my weekend brake it’s time to start working again. I also came back to school and out of quarantine today with a few of my friends noticing that I had some more defined muscle. And the bullying is starting to be less prominent in school. Today I did the workout easier with only partial pain. Thank you for all of the support guys. See you tomorrow! Day 6: For my sixth day I had to do my workout in my room which was hotter than my basement so I got an extra intense work out. In school my friends got into a fight and I ended up getting punched in the face when trying to stop it so I’m a little sore in my eye. But that didn’t matter because I did the workout which is getting a little easier and I added some recommendations to it. I also am starting to eat way healthier with more steak, chicken, and vegetables. See you tomorrow! Day 7: New Weight: 73 Lbs Thanks for all of the support through the week guys! I weighed myself for over the week and gained three pounds! I did the work out plus some things with weights today as well. I’m so excited to continue this journey with you guys and see where it takes me! See you Tomorrow! Day 8: I’m back from the weekend and did the workout twice because I was bullied again today. Usually the bullying makes me work harder....some day, I swear ill finally be able to walk through a hall confidently, some day. Day 9: Well, I failed. Despite all of the love and support I failed. On December 1st I was in a minor car accident. My family was ok but on impact my shoulder slammed into the window and dislocated. I should be up and running to continue again very soon. I wish the best to my supporters. And I’m sorry I let you down. Day 10 January 2nd: Current Weight 70 pounds. Hey, I’m finally recovered from the car crash and ready to do this again. I just wanted to say that it’s been amazing how many people have supported me through this. Today I decided to just start by simply doing the workout and nothing else before I get serious again. The workout was hard on my shoulder but I completed it with faith. School starts in two days so I’m going to come back stronger and more confident. I’ll see everyone tomorrow Day 11 January 3rd: For my second day back I wanted to start pushing myself so I did the workout twice with one before a dinner of shredded chicken and broccoli and then did it again after. I’m ready to get back my progress back and prove the bullies wrong, see you tomorrow. Day 12, February 15th: Hi, it’s been a while. I know I said I would keep updating in this thing back in January but I was given an opportunity that changed everything. My Middle school Football team was looking for recruits and I knew that if there was anything that would make me tough enough to stand up to the others, it was Football. I signed up and was going to be weight lifting everyday with my team. And when I was there, I was picked on, called out for how skinny I am, and questioned on why I was even there. But I fought through, and with hard work my body has become better through the days and I have gotten more respect from the bullies and have been able to make more friends. But with all of those training hours I had to participate in. I couldn’t keep using this video. So that’s where I have been. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to this, but I’m gonna try to make a UA-cam video about this story so if your interested it will be out in a month or two. This video has helped me pull through so many times and it has driven me to do better. So with that, I’m going to do two more things here. First I want to do this workout one last time. And for the last thing I want to do, I want to say thank you to Fraser, for everything he’s done.
When I was twelve I was kind of fat and when I started working out everything changed so I'm hoping the best for you buddy but if you want to get more muscular try eating more chicken and nuts and training your whole body
Ima do this throughout summer and occasionally log how I’ve been doing as a way to motivate myself and also track how far I’ve gotten Start: May 5th, 2023 Day 1: Had to take 30 second breaks between every single exercise. Felt a lot of lower back pain while doing it, but hopefully it will go away soon. Was able to get thru 3 mins of it before my back and legs hurt too much (I hit legs today at the gym).

MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE
Your gonna sweat, your gonna grit your teeth, but it’s gonna be worth it (especially in a pool party or the locker room)
What I’m trying to say? It’s HARD to get abs, but definitely worth it, so do what I did and if you need to, follow my routine! Just don’t give up and good luck!
Thanks for sharing ❤️❤️
This is great!
Read this!!!!! This is great

Bro 6months thaaats long
I have followed your workouts for years now!! Keep up the great work
Can you talk me through the process of like how long it took for your abs to fully show. And like how many times you do this a week
Ig this exercise can be done by 14yo also right?
Like that he just jumps straight in to it, no talking or anything!
I agree, no bullshit talking, just doing it!
Should we do this workout everyday?
When he clapped at the end I felt so accomplished for doing the workout.
Same

I suggest doing it more than twice a week.
Don’t forget about your protein intake! You don’t wanna start losing muscle mass.
Did take any break or did whole workout non stop ?
@VVoOꟻF it will show abs, not give you abs. This workout will give you abs

I am a 50 year old male and I have been dedicated to this particular ab exercise at least 3 times a week for the past 2 years. I have had lower back issues my entire life until I started this routine. Zero back spasms in this time period. NONE!!! Cut out liquid calories and three 20 minute cardio sessions a week and I am down 27 lbs. With dedication and this video I got that 6 pack that eluded me my entire life😁👍

@703fishing may I ask how many times a day should u do this workout?
Zac H I only do it once a day with my regular workout, but you can literally just do this workout by yourself once a day every day and you’ll have abs very shortly, as long as your eating right as well. Definitely just do it once a day, when it starts getting easy after a few weeks then do it twice a day or do it twice back to back to make it more challenging. I’m not a pro but that’s what I’d do.
We’ve got our swim team on the Spider-Man pushups but making them do the leg crunching parts while they’re down at the lowest point of the pushup
@@jakubpluhar4914 Training abs daily is fine though. Abs recover a lot faster than other muscle groups.
As a girl finding painful and actually difficult workouts can be hard so I started leaning more towards ones done by men and honestly, they are so good, my 6 pack was really showing. My favorite part is the ab contractions 5:53 I really like lying on the floor for an hour

you breath in and out, contracting your abs while keeping the lower back attached to the floor to keep it tense. suck in your stomach as you inhale, and release as you exhale :DD hope that helps

Did u you do it multiple times?
Yeah you joined youtube 8 months ago so either you didnt have an account or your lying but i hope your right lol
Sure
@Matteo Gillen don't trust him. You can't workout everyday cuz:
1) your body needs rest
2)again your body needs rest and if you workout everyday you will hurt your body,in all senses.
About rest day(s) it depends on you. If you are a beginner 2-3 are okay but you can even workout 6 days(20-30 mins per day) and one rest
Imagine how many people come here everyday.

Being doing this workout and his other bodyweight one back to back everyday this week. Really gets me going. Aching all over but I can do with only 2 breaks now. Will update next week.
3 months g how was the grind?
I’m almost 12 and I want to try this so that the kids at my school stop calling me twig and bullying me. I will be updating my progress every day for a month. See you in a few when I’m done with today’s! Current weight: 70 lbs
Day 1: It was really hard to do but I pulled through decently and I’m ready for tomorrow.
Day 2: I thankfully remembered to do this again because of someone replying to the comment (thanks) but I will say that this time I understood the exercises a lot more and I’ve added some weight lifting into my exercise. See you tomorrow! (If you want to reply something tomorrow so I don’t forget)
Day 3:
Thanks for all of the support and replies guys, tomorrow is my Birthday so I’m going out to eat at Red Robin tonight. Since that’s going to be some unhealthy food I’m going to add on 10 push-ups and sit ups in a row to the exercise today. See you guys on my birthday tomorrow!
Day 4:
Today was my birthday so I went on break and skipped today. Thanks for all of your support, see you tomorrow
Day 5:
After my weekend brake it’s time to start working again.
Day 7: New Weight: 73 Lbs
Thanks for all of the support through the week guys!
Day 9:
Well, I failed.
I’ll see everyone tomorrow
Day 11 January 3rd: For my second day back I wanted to start pushing myself so I did the workout twice with one before a dinner of shredded chicken and broccoli and then did it again after. I’m ready to get back my progress back and prove the bullies wrong, see you tomorrow.
Day 12, February 15th:
Hi, it’s been a while.
