Hey, i just came to write this quickly before i go to bed, so im a female, only 15yo, and for whole past 3 years ive been nothing but depressed, and ive decided to come step forward and do something that will change my life, also my mindset. I hope i will achieve my goal and make myself proud. Right now im very tired because of this workout, but im 100% sure i wont regret it after one month. Whoever is reading this, keep going bro, u got this💪🏼

But yeah, things do change, I didn't had time cuz I tried to study for school even tho if i still have bad grades. That's the main reason why im putting everything aside (long story). But for sure im going to try my best to work on myself and make the best version of myself, not for others, just for myself...also even tho if i also don't know you, im so thankful for every word you said..This is a final time im trying everything, aint giving up!!! Came back to exercising with your vids, circa 2020 - 2021 these keep me on my heels. Good to know you've keep the full explosive workouts running, this one murdered me, for sure, but glad to be back exercising. But damn Fraser, we no longer get 30 sec rests in the 10min workouts?! These are brutal now my man lol

@@js_j0sh286 Hey, I am 12 but I recommend you do a full body workout or a certain area (like arms on Monday and then abs and chest on Wednesday and so on), every few days. I'm no workout expert myself but our body needs time to rebuild the muscles, so I find that every second day is good, especially as teens our body can heal itself faster while also not destroying ourself in the process. Hopes this helps you.

Sorry for responding 10 monthes later! But i suggest you to drink less drinks like cola or fanta or sprite, drink more water and don’t eat sweets. I mean you can but not luch!
