    I can't thank you enough for all the free content you provide. Your workouts are amazing and your information sessions provide awesome content to help with eating or just living a good life.
    You inspire me in every video. Been cutting for several weeks now using info from a micronutrient video you did a while back and loosing about a pound a week. Been doing your ab routines daily and other body part routines consistently and seeing a change.
    I'm waiting to feel comfortable getting back to the gym and then thinking about subscribing to your monthly programs where I can make more out of the customized exercise routines.

      @@haasinnoor2725 Height is unfortunately mostly genetic. You will reach your pre destined height range provided you are not severely malnurished, sleep schedule is healthy and regular, and there is moderate body usage.

      Great job man, make sure not to burn yourself out immediately, just know that years of progress is really as difficult as it sounds, don't use roids either. Keep up the good work!

      best part of this workout routine is that 90% of the exercises dont even train shoulders and chest!!! you can probs grow back with this.

    Pretty good workout. I'm stuck in a barracks right now on quarantine because of all the covid spread and these youtube exercises are keeping me in shape. I liked the progression of exercises. Just before I got too tired the exercises shifted to something less core focused and it was doable.
