    Tips:
    Don't touch adhesive
    Remove backing paper completely before laying ends down
    Press ends down with no stretch
    Rub all loose edges down
    Don't tape behind knee

    it's clearly not applying 25% stretch when pulling the full strips across the knee.

    You should explain what each tape does. Gives your video some legitimacy. I'm not following this. Thank you.
