  • T-Shirt Transfers on Cotton, Polyester and Blends | DigitalHeat FX System
One of the biggest advantages of the DigitalHeat FX System is the versatility of these transfers. With just one printer you have the ability to customize cottons, polyesters, blends and more!
The DigitalHeat FX System comes in different models, so that you can pick what is right for your business. The most popular system is the 8432.
    Here’s how it works:
Step One: Print your designs using the EZ Peel Transfer Paper and the the DigitalHeat FX Printer.
Step Two: Apply the adhesive sheet to the transfer using a heat press. When time is up slowly peel the two sheets away from each other. (detailed instructions for this step can be found with your transfer paper)
Step Three: Trim the transfer to size and place it on the shirt. Cover it with a finishing sheet to protect it and then press.
Step Four: Let the shirt cool completely, then remove the carrier sheet.
You want to remove this sheet swiftly like a band-aid.
Step Five: Place the shirt back on the press and cover it with a finishing sheet. In this video we used the Flexible Finishing Sheet. Give the shirt a final press to improve durability.

Here are the Questions most on your mind:
    How much is it?
DigitalHeat FX Systems start at around $4000 and go up as high as $15,000 depending on your business needs. MOST people spend about $11,000 [approx. $239/month]
For that, you will receive a printer, supplies, software, training, lifetime free support and all you need to get up and running.
There’s a big range because we’ve got 4 different printers and there are a lot of options. Like the heat press you’ll need, or if you want to make custom hats too, and what print size you’re looking for.
Is there a payment plan / financing?
Absolutely and it’s extremely popular. Systems start under $200 a month and options for No Payments for 90 days are even available. Get your business going with little or no money down.
The most POPULAR bundle is our DigitalHeat FX 8432 Professional Bundle and that finances for around $358/month. [which means you can cover your payment selling about 33 shirts/month]
    How does it wash?
All commercially produced shirts are designed to wash great. Follow the training and use the recommended types of shirts and you will have tons of smiling customers.
How much money can I REALLY make?
We surveyed current DigitalHeat FX printer users and found that they typically sell shirts for between $20 and $25 each. Some much more. Let’s break down the possibilities:
Buy a wholesale blank t-shirt for under $5 (yes, we’ll show you where to buy)
Make a custom 8"x10" transfer - full color. That will cost you about $2.25.
    Do Math: Cost = $5 shirt + $2.25 transfer = $7.75
    Good Math: Gross Profit = $20.00 - $7.75 = $12.25 each shirt.
For our most popular model, that means you can make your monthly payment selling about 33 shirts.
    How much are SUPPLIES!
You’ll spend about $449 or less for a box of paper and $832 for all new toners.
You’ll never run out of every color of toner at the same time - unless you only print 1 design. And you can make THOUSANDS of shirts with all that toner so the cost of each is really insignificant.
Remember that all this is figured into making about $12.25 in profit per shirt!
How do I learn how to use it?
Training and support are included. Your package will include self-paced video training along with written materials. When you need help our team is a phone call or email away.
    What can I print on?
Versatility is the answer when it comes to DigitalHeat FX. You can print on Cotton, Polyester, Blends, T-Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, and Denim (plus more). Also, you aren’t limited to textiles you can print on metal, wood, mugs, glass, and more.

how do you keep the colors bright and show up the same as design shows on black shirts?

These are white toner transfers. They have a layer of white behind the design that keeps the colors bright and vibrant when applied to dark shirts.

Hey J-O - the only way to get the most current times and temps is really by looking at the instructions that come in every box of paper. If you don't have that then please contact us directly

It would have been nice to put the times and temps for the poly cotton blends.

Thanks for watching Pastor Ron Wright! All of the papers we carry come with instructions right on the box. Sometimes we don't go too deep into specific times and temps in videos due to so many variables. Do you have our paper now? Which one are you using?

Whats the finished feel of the design on the tee? Does it feel light weight or does it have that "sticker" feel that sticks to the skin?

    • @ColDesiColman
      @ColDesiColman  2 роки тому

hmm - it doesn't stick to your skin. It's hard to describe a feeling, but i'd say that before washing you can definitely feel that it's there - afterwards it's much like my screen printed shirts.

Just like a sticker. Toner is a horrible type of material to push into fabric. It's plastic essentially so it becomes hard and brittle quickly and cracks ultra fast. I'd stay away from laser transfers if you want repeat business. No one that's professional would sell a product made this way.
